Five Star Holiday Décor
We have had Five Star do our Christmas lights for 4 years now. It is such a nice perk in life to NOT have to go up on my roof in the winter. Plus, they put lights in places the I'd never be able to reach. They are quick to answer the phone if theres ever any questions, and always friendly.

I have used Five Star for 2 years now. They do a great job with no damage to the structure. The option to choose your colours is great. Having professionals on the roof putting up and taking down lights is priceless and one less thing for the home owner to do.

We have been very pleased with the fine quality of service from Five Star Holiday Decor right from our first call thru to the installation of our lights. Everything was done in a most timely and efficient manner. Alyssa and Andrew were superb in working us through the process and were most accommodating to our needs. Andrew even came out twice to make sure our system was working properly and that we were left with a sound working knowledge on programming the lights. The installers, Bailie and Ihor, were most efficient in their work. We would definitely recommend this company.

Five Star Holiday Décor
We used Five Star for a year round lights display, and were very impressed with the quality of the installation, as well as the quarterly maintenance program. Their communication is always quick, and they work to find solutions to any issues that pop up. We had a last minute challenge that came up before an event, and their supervisor came out himself to make sure the change was implemented on time and to our satisfaction, and he personally kept us informed throughout the whole process. Great customer service!

AMAZING!!!!Came home from work and found the lights up and on my home and they are wonderful!We absolutely love them!!!The service was incredible. All the way from the customer service team to the scheduling department and the installers!!!They did an amazing job and made it all so easy!Already had the neighbours ask where I got them!Highly recommend!
