The flowers that I ordered for a funeral service were very reasonably priced and Sima was able to deliver them to the funeral home on very short notice. She was very kind and patient, and her customer service was spectacular. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful wedding, thanks to the floral decor that Sima did for us. She understood our budget concerns and suggested the materials we could choose to lower the costs. The result was absolutely lovely! Exactly the style we wanted and even better. She even prepared a surprise for us! Thank you Sima and staff for your creativity and hard work.

To start, I'd like to say the people are very nice and service was great, I have been a customer for the past two years.For this mother's day, I had ordered 2 bouquets of flowers (to be sent to two different places, the store offered to send the flowers for free because the locations were so close to the shop, again, great service!)However, I was extremely disappointed when the flowers arrived. The choice of flowers were underwhelming to say the least! The flowers looked like a $25 bouquet from Longos, and worst part even the wrapping was identical to what you would receive had a cashier wrapped your flowers.Breakdown of flowers used: babies breath, 5 x roses, a bunch of chrysanthemums and some green fillers. I wasn't expecting and wasn't after a huge bouquet, I was looking for something more tasteful and a little more effort in the design (If I wanted supermarket flowers, I would have purchased the flowers from there). I used to work in a floral shop, so I know the costs/values of these flowers...The bouquets I received were not worth the money I spent. Unfortunately, I can not trust and will not be purchasing from them again.
