cabinet builder however not reliable. I contracted with him in June but it took 6 months to get started January of the following year, after many, many emails and phone calls. He had 1/2 of my payment at this stage. As for installation it was not good, there was damage to my countertop that he would not own up, scrapes to one of my appliances caused from screws that he installed, seams in crown moulding that shouldn't be there and crooked, warped cabinet doors. Last of all cabinets with shelving not completed, which he promised to come back and do, but it is now 1 year since this all began, not honorable at all. All of this and he asked me for certified final cheque so he wouldn't have to wait for his final money and I was dumb enough to give him one.Update - April 2018 just received a message from another one of his clients that has just had pretty much the same experience. I wonder how many more there are, I'll bet it's not just me and one other. Sad way to run a business.

Our experience was horrible. From the beginning we had reservations about using this company and should have listened to our intuition.We waited months for our cabinets to be ready after having paid the full price upfront. When he came to install he did so right over our existing plumbing so that we then needed to call a plumber to have our piping moved in order to use the drawers in our cabinets and hook back up our kitchen sink! He didn't even give us a heads up- just installed it right over top.He did not take any ownership for this issue and also did not offer to assistance with fixing the problem- instead passing it off to being OUR FAULT!! He was very passive in his approach with us and acted as though we were fools to have expected anything better.The cabinet quality is not what we would expect for the amount of money we paid. We have had our kitchen for a week and the cabinets are already chipping and cracking. The look as though they were ordered from IKEA. My husband and I both own companies and would NEVER treat or disrespect our clients this way. This is no way to run a business.
