I had my wife's car repaired at the Smith's Falls location. It was repaired on time and completed professionally. The staff were friendly and I received the car back with the interior detailed. Amazing job and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service getting my SUV repaired. Adam told me my car would be returned looking brand new, and he wasn't wrong. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was detailed too. Shout out to Adam, give him a raise.

So impressed with the quality of work they did on my truck. Runs and sounds great!! Pleasant people to deal with on the phone and in person. They answered all the questions I had. Winter is hard on our vehicles and can sometimes cause problems and make things stressful, but Carstar was there to help make things better. A++

I was very pleased with my dealings with Carstar Express. They took care of all my needs, answered all my questions and did it right the first time. The finish product on my car was like new again. And they ended up having it done when originally said it would be. They also carry an assortment of accessories for vehicles.
