Refusing to provide service to disabled lady on low income whom they have provided services for in the past. It seems it can only be because they no longer wish to provide accommodation for a person with severe environmental sensitivities. Clearly they have decided it is too much effort. I can't imagine there's any other reason while they are still in business and providing services to other people. In spite of the fact that they know that my furnace has been down since June, and my in floor heating requires an antifreeze add before it gets ruined, and the fact that I can't afford to pay someone to come from a greater distance, they have simply refused to provide service.

These people installed a water softener for me and they were very professional did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them. They also did other work that was not very pleasant and they never complained they did a great job for me.

Two no shows, no phone call. Not very considerate of customers who make arrangements with work etc.
