Absolutely God awful . Dont even bother calling these people , seeing as how everyone's sleeping clearly . Put on hold for 40 +mins , only to be fooled and dont even bother resorting to emailing them as they take upwards of 5 business days to respond. Overall this school needs to invest some serious funding into their student services . This is worse then York and that's saying something . If your going to charge students over 5 grand a semester then have the deceny to actually provide formidable services . This is pathetic. Shame on you and the whole advising committee.

Long long time ago, I had to deal with this wasteman. I see nothing has changed and it gotten even worse. BE AWARE people especially with accents and new comers to canada; if you go in you will be discriminated and mistreated super heavyly. They might even try to scam you. None of them really knows what they are doing and they looking to bully as well as taking advantage of ones with less knowledge of their rights. I am so happy there are many other reviews that shows what they are :)

Now located at SIRCGreat customer service at the office, make sure you get a ticket when walking in otherwise they will not help you even if you have an appointment.

How to waste your time? Come to this office ... Whenever I have something I have to wait 40-60 mins... They have 5 counters and always 1 person working ... Wasting 1 hour from the students life for nothing ... They said we have 2-3 people working from 2-4 pm ... ok what if I can't come between 2-4???

Extremely slow, unresponsive, ridiculous hours of service, awful quality of service.4 years of dealing with this university's systems, and this is the one I will miss the least!
