This isn't a true rating.I paid 400 up front for what? To see if ill get approved? Just wondering if a credit check or w.e should be done before we hand out money, or is it just me.Update: I have been speaking with i think Trevor the whole time. He was amazing! I might not have got what I wanted but he did everything possible to get me something. Definitely recommend Trevor to anyone!

I was with the local cable company for 5 years and my speeds kept in getting slower and slower. I made the switch to Net Live and was worried that they were a reseller. I have now been with them for 9 months and I can honestly say that it was the best move I could have made. The price has not changed and the speed is great . I even got $200 to make the switch which was pretty cool. It told a few weeks to get the money but I did receive it. I have even switched my partners over and they have had the same experience. If I could give 0 star I would. I was not approved for the first two options. Ok no big deal, I wanted my services cancelled & they have been giving me a run around. They're refusing to reimburse the first months payment which I have not even used a second of their time, this place will leave a sour taste in your mouth. $186.00 down the drain, JUST BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS TOO.

Such bad customer service and no actual persons to speak to Ive never seen or had worse service ever.If you want to sit and wait all day for someone to call back then you're golden with these guys.Some how there were two orders go in for me and they refused to refund me the one i didnt want or order but kept saying your ordered it . I asked to see me digital signature and nope .It appears to be a small outfit with very little to no staff .Dont fall for the cheap rates its a case of you get what you pay for so spend the extra cash and stay away from these leeches . You cant cal in to cancel so Im not sure how il do this have to cancel my charge card so they cant randomly charge me . Very ignorant ..

Company is a complete scam had placed an order. Paid for two sim cards. Then was told I order for it to be shipped had to pay the connection fee and first months bill. I told them no cell phone company has this policy and therefore I would not be placing the order. Asked them to refund the charge for sim card. A week later they said they had to investigate to see if sim card was sent. I informed them no such sim card was sent since I never paid for any services as per their policy. Two weeks now and still they refuse to refund sim card. Told them I would go above them now since it seems like they are performing a real shady business. Dont trust this company. Also they create flexciti account under your name without you knowing this.

They are scammers. Don't fall for it guys. THEY ARE DELETING ALL BAD /TRUE COMMENTS ON THEIR FB PAGE. IT'S AN ORGANIZED SCAM.Ordered 20$sim to check their service. They had charged me 67 $ indicating NSF while my accounts are working fine with no issues at all.EVEN AFTER CHARGING EXTRA, THEY NEVER DELIVERED A SIM OR ANYTHING.You can never talk to them unless they decide they want to talk to you.PEOPLE GIVING GOOD REVIEWS ARE THEIR OWN PEOPLE. DON'T FALL FOR IT. IT'S AN ORGANIZED SCAM.

Took forever to get phone, approved then a bunch of extra charges. No customer service, takes several days of repeatedly calling AND emailing their support(?) for help. All automated, can never get through to a human. If you’re thinking about signing up - Don’t waste your time! Actual stars deserved: -5!!

I have retracted my previous review, the company is not scamming anyone while there was some miscommunication the beginning, everything worked out perfectly. They went above and beyond to correct and deal with the issue I had earlier. I can say that they're legitimate company who works hard to make their customers happy.

Not sure why others are saying they are a scam. They aren’t. We got their service in a timely manner. We find their service top notch. We used another company prior that Costco had and that service was horrible and hired staff were outside of Canada taking calls after long waits. This is located in Canada, answers calls quickly, set line up fast. Only issues we had would be the modem we paid for rather than rented isn’t great quality and lately our service is getting bumped so we have no internet at times which is not ideal and hoping this is a temporary issue as it worked great the past 2 years we had them. Cheaper than others and included home phone for less than anything we have paid with faster speeds. They also answer emails which is nice.

This is company is a total scam.Think twice before joining this company.NO live agent to help you when you have issues. Everything sent to their email gives the same robotic reply.Been trying to cancel their cellular service since mid-February with multiple emails, and still waiting to hear from a real person. Yet they still charge me for the upcoming months.Also try to ask for help on FB, and they removed my message within 30min.
