Dr. Cabrita is an outstandingly talented and knowledgeable practitioner. The best! She masterfully communicates in a kind, thoughtful, and caring manner and turns that into positive actions and education for my benefit and the benefit of others. After endless medical appointments and attempts at rehab for 2 years I still was having lots of difficulty. Thankfully, I met Dr. Cabrita and she dramatically changed my life with her trigger point injection therapy treatments and pro-active advice. I now can walk and feel like myself again…Wow! I am so incredibly thankfully to Dr. Cabrita and the rest of her talented team!

Dr Anderson is a very compassionate and wonderful doctor. She is also a great listener always taking time to listen to what you have to say. I received injections in my hip flexors, glutes and quads. I have just had my second appointment and I must say after a year of debilitating pain, I see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for giving my life back. DR.Cabrita and staff are wonderful. The Dr is very knowledgeable and caring. The treatments hurt momementarily but are effective. The only downside is that that it is very hard to get followup appointments as she is so busy. I am a 73 year old woman with very bad spinal issues and she has helped immensely.

Dr. Shelaina Anderson is very compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She really cares about her patients. I couldn't afford physiotherapy, so she gave me knee conditioning PDF ( exercises that I can do at home ) She really helped me a lot. Dr Cabrita’s IMS treatment was life changing for me. After being in pain for almost two years, with one session I was able to get back to living almost completely pain free and was able to get back to the gym for rehab. I’m now enjoying the activities I like to do! I’ve had this treatment before, but Dr Cabrita’s expertise and treatment was 100% different than what I had experienced in the past. Dr.Ho is an extremely caring and knowledgeable doctor. She has been help me navigate the most difficult year of my life with her kindness, caring and knowledge. She is the type of doctor that will call you on weekends or evenings when you are going through a critical situation, and she won’t leave you in despair waiting for results to come through - she has consistently contacted me very time the results of my MRI scans were available, even if she wasn’t the ordering physician because she knew how much agony I was going through. Her approach to pain manageable os practical and she always has her patients best interests in mind. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. We are blessed to have you in our lives Dr. Ho. This is a long overdue review for Dr. Anderson aka Dr. Miracle Worker. Since December of 2021 I was experiencing extreme gluteal muscle pain on my right side. Particularly in my piriformis, which eventually started to impact my TFL and glute med. After months, I’m talking months of physiotherapy, the pain would reappear over and over again, which left me feeling discouraged and thought this was something I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. Not until I started trigger point injection therapy with Dr. Anderson in August. After the first treatment I was slowly able to reintroduce the activities that keep me mentally happy and healthy. We completed the 4th treatment a week ago, and I have been happily back to my regular routine ☺️ Dr. Anderson is personable, a great listener, answers every question with confidence, and most importantly she is a DR who you can trust! She changed my life when I thought it could not be changed. A million times thank you!
