Bruce and Big City Glass were fantastic to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone. The best part was Bruce being proactive and responsive; when there were delays and issues getting our glass ordered during COVID supply chain issues, he kept us up-to-date on changes and pushed for our project to happen. We're very happy with our new windows and the service received! Thanks!

Bruce and his crew were friendly, punctual, respectful and genuinely great at their job. They took great care of our house and our belongings while installing the windows and doors, worked in coordination with our painter, and were even very friendly with our cats! We also wanted to change some of the siding to cedar shake and they did this for us as well. If there were touch ups required, Bruce came as soon as he could fit it in to help out. As I was going through the rebate process, I needed a LOT of help from Bruce and he was extremely responsive and so easy to work with.We have and will absolutely continue to recommend Big City Glass to anyone needing window installation or repair.

I had a great experience with this company! I initially hired them based on a recommendation, as well as their quote being lower than other companies.Bruce was easy to communicate with and the job was done exactly as he explained it. They were able to safely remove an original leaded glass window, and reinstall it over the new energy-efficient window. I am very pleased with the results.The team cleaned up very well, and everyone could not have been nicer! I would highly recommend this company!

I had some unanswered questions about the efficacity of these units versus single-paned or de-gassed double-paned windows.Possible due to covid, our order took quite some time to actually happen. The glass units were the main holdup as they were shipped from elsewhere, but once Big City had them in stock they scheduled an installation date.Installation was fast and professional. The only issue that I noticed was that there was a little piece of plastic on the outside of our sliding glass door which was inexplicably never installed. The piece that was there was broken or taken by Big City and when I asked about finishing the job, was told I can't find it

Bruce was easy to work with. Another larger company had produced about the same quote, but wanted a 50% non-refundable deposit and no time guarantee. No, thank you. Instead, we paid nothing up front and the window was done in two weeks time. This is the company we will go to in the future.

Great service. Completed the job on time and within budget. Owner Bruce was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone who needs glass service.

Jun 2, 2022 Had another good experience with Big City Glass. This time was a special order replacement of my large front window. Quick response and able to get the special order materials on-site pretty quickly. Good folks to work with, good communication, clean and organized while installing, nice result, and decent value. Very happy.

If you want 'personalized' service for your 'glass' of any kind, this is the place folks. You actually get to speak to the owner, who is the installer as well. Try to to find THAT somewhere else.....We have utilized this company 3+ times over the years...From bathroom shower glass, to replacement of windows. (attention to detail is excellent, too)No mysteries here as to why this is such a great business.Thanks for the great recommendations and good pricing Bruce.Until next time......Cheers.....
