Sent Christmas presents to family in the states, they made it as far as Kelowna, where it sat for a week, and then sent back, do to the fact that the states needs to know exactly what's in the package, the weight and cost of each item ! My issue is with Fed Ex not training there employee's on how to fill out the paperwork properly, how can you have a representative take your package and send it internationally with no knowledge of filling out the bill of laden ??? So my granddaughter wont miss her Christmas presents again

The staff lady was very friendly and helpful but was not familiar with Fedex, Ebay, Commercial Invoice system for International Shipping.
