My husband called ahead and they said they only do walk-ins for ultrasounds. I drank a bunch of water this morning as I planned to do a walk-in, tried not to puke but nearly did, but managed to keep it down. Anyway, we get there and are told it's appointment only and they have no openings until a few weeks away. They lied to us over the phone and then didn't try to do anything to accommodate their mistake. I'm very upset, I took the morning off work and suffered all morning just for it to end in utter disappointment and anger. It's also my birthday tomorrow and I have been planning this walk-in for weeks. All for nothing. 0/5 stars.

The tech was absolutely lovely! We were there for 2 exams, one was with appointment, one walk in, we were only able to do the walk in despite having the appointment for the other because (and this is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars) when we got there for the appointment we were told it had been rescheduled because the technician was sick. Apparently they had called us and left a voicemail, which we hadn’t notice as it had been so recent, and it was really hard to understand anyway.I understand things happen, people get sick, but if you need to cancel with such short notice, I suggest you reach out to people via more than one medium, say text, email and call. Not all of us check all those all the time during the work day, but it is more likely to see at least one.It’s really easy to miss a phone call, specially when we get spam calls on the daily.Given the 5 people that complained about the same situation while we were there, I would say, voicemail is not very effective.

I had to go back for a repeat mammogram and also an Ultrasound. The ladies in the mammo area are awesome!! The lady who did my ultrasound today was not awesome....it is stressful to have to go back for repeats 6 months after cancer diagnosis. The US lady was not in the least interested in helping me with stress. I use a walker and am a senior. She did not even watch as I walked from my walker across to table let alone make sure I got safely up on table. After she was done, she told me I could clean up gel with gown and was gone before I even sat up. If I had fallen getting off table, how long would it have been before anyone even noticed? I think for any future Ultrasounds, I will go somewhere else.

You can walk-in or make an appointment for an X-ray. I recently made an X-ray appointment for 8:30 am. I got there at 8:30, was called in at 8:36, and was out at 8:39. That was super fast. I recommend this location for x-ray.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Ian for her kindness in assisting my elderly mother. Despite the usual long wait for x-rays, she kindly suggested the best time for us to walk in, was very understanding to our situation and gladly offered to put my mother into the waiting queue, and ensured that my mother would be seen promptly upon our arrival.Thank you Ian, your compassion and dedication to elderly patients truly stood out.

Their booking system is absolutely awful !! spent a total of 3 hours today only. I was the second caller in line for more than 30mins. Then I was the 1st in line, 10 minutes before it closes and at 7:00pm they put me on the answering machine!!!! I am so mad!!!!! It’s the 3rd day in a row im trying to call them. They need a better system. They are so disrespectful to patient. This is outrageous!

We came on time but waited more than half hour. Also we requested a quite simple thing and the staff didn't care about situation. I DO NOT recommend this place

I was told not to wear perfume for my appointment as they claimed this is a scent free environment, yet the staff's breath of cigarette is making me so sick for the whole day. I do not understand how can a staff working at a medical clinic smells like cigarette which is obviously suffocating potentially sick customers, not to mention her non stop coughing to me during check in.I was happy there wasn't a long wait here, as this is what usually happens at other medical clinic, but the company and the management staff should be aware of how their smokers staff are affecting their clients' experience, or worse, health. Scent free should be for everyone in your clinic, not just for us customers. Please reach out to me if the management would like to learn more about the situation happened today.

I was there at the Kanata branch this morning , 15 minutes late for my appointment which was due to a crash on highway 417. The front desk lady was very unwilling to help despite my plea for help, I didn’t mind being put as the last on the list , I just needed to do an ultrasound due to a situation I’m having and I got zero assistance . It’s really sad I left there crying like a baby
