Loved the Boomer Wild Ale. Also, the brisket taco was tops. Great service by the bartender Joe. Just visiting from Edmonton. Definitely recommend.

Love the brew and food.....But someone should clean and polish the Ripley tanks and clean the floor.Either that or yank the windows.

The staff is always friendly and helpful when you can't make up your mind which beer you might like. They know well the beers that they sell and quite willing to let you sample a few before you commit to a pint.Tasty and creative tacos are on the pricey side but well worth the money due to the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship and mentioned creativity. Like most brewery taprooms the vibe is awesome as well.

Great spot with amazing knowledgeable staff and tasty beer. Stopped for tacos, Ahi, pulled pork and spicy shrimp (a warning from the staff that the shrimp are hot and they were very right, Fair warning to others.) Absolutely delicious. Paired the food with a selection of their beers. Very busy! Had to park across the road. I'll definitely be back.

So far, so lovely! Just stopped by to pick us & go. We selected 8 different 650mL bottles & so far not disappointed. My husband loved his lager & is now enjoying the East India porter. I loved the boomer & am so happy with the flavour notes of the strawberry rhubarb juice train. Honestly so easy to find/get to & 5 reserved parking spots out front of the building. They were all full, so I parked over to the side without signage for specific shops. A lovely lady greeted me quickly & kindly. Helped me gather our brews & tried to find me a little taster glass to bring home to our collection but none around so we bought the next smallest. Absolutely thrilled with this brewery inside & out. So glad we stopped by to grab & go. Definitely COVID conscious, no concerns or negative feedback. Thank you!

I seriously love it here. The environment is small, yet very warm and cozy. The service is always very great. I love the beer selection and the fact that the taps always seem to be changing (unlike Red collar). Also, if you haven't tried their nachos, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is the only place in Kamloops that seems to actually layer their nachos instead of just piling toppings on a huge stack of chips. You get a really big portion for a reasonable price and the flavour is amazing. On top of that, they have several meat options, (the brisket is my favourite!)Definitely check out this little microbrewery if you haven't already. It's worth it and I am sure you won't be disappointed!*Edit. Lowering my review based on the fact that this place is apparently kid friendly. My last 3 visits have been disrupted by children. It's not their fault and I understand that because the restaurant doesn't provide colouring sheets or even a menu for them. It makes zero sense as to why a brewery is kid friendly.

We visited Iron Road Brewing recently, and enjoyed friendly efficient service. While we recommend Iron Road, if you have food allergies, this is not the place for you. For the first time ( Nationally and Internationally) there were no options for lunch offered or considered.

Had a tasting flight followed by a Looper IPA and a brisket and cheddar taco. The looper was my favourite. The brisket and cheddar taco was awesome especially if you like spicy foods. Jalapeños and mango habanero hot sauce kicked that taco into high gear as the brisket met the umami needs.5/5 please try this place. Customer service was also on point.——————————————————————————Looper IPA - Mild smell accompanied by mild mouth taste followed by a stronger finish. Good beginner IPA that would be drinkable throughout the night.American ipa - delicious, not too heavy but has a nice bitterness to it. Super drinkable. Might be a good ipa for beginner ipa drinkers.Locomotive lager - Juicy lager, mild smell. Hazy. Good taste to a seasoned beer palette but may be strong tasting for those who aren’t acquainted with their love for beer yet.Black berry juice train - Light for a sour and more winelike than beer like. Good summer beer and maybe one to trasnsition wine drinkers to beer loving.Boomer - light to non existent smell (to my horrible nose) and an even more crisp fruity taste! Unexpected lightness for an ale but very delicious. Definitely a summer beer.
