Best modern Shisha lounge currently in the city. Excellent staff, very friendly. Great vibes and insane interior layout. 10/10

First time visiting tonight and it was short and sweet!Don't be fooled by the exterior, it looks shady AF but the interior is classy! Loved everything from the color scheme, music, and customer service - Q and Dishawn (?) were very friendly. No arrogant air and attentive to the customers.Q recommended the iced pipe and acai-lychee flavor, and both did NOT disappoint :) Suffice to say, I will definitely be back. I hope they manage to keep the service and cleanliness up!It might not seem like a big thing, but girls do actually appreciate how clean the washroom is - which I must say, was spotless. Keep it up guys!!Oh, my other fave part was that they gave me a newly opened liter bag of milk when I asked for milk for my tea - that definitely cracked me up :)

Biggest upgrade i have seen of a lounge ever. So classy and spacious. The gold and black colour theme goes hard. Service is so fast and servers are chill . Shisha is 10/10. My go to spot from now on.

The shisha was the best I had compared to other shisha lounges and the customer service was really good. Everyone is friendly and attentive towards you. Had a great experience :) Check them out if you haven’t.

Horizon Lounge is an amazing place! Not only do they have a wide selection of shisha, but the customer service is immaculate. All the employees made sure my friends and I were taken care of. 12/10!!
