I have been a client of this store for years, bought bikes for my wife, myself, my grand children. I got service there usually with no issues. THIS TIME TERRIBLE SERVICE, INSULTING LADY AT THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME SHE WOULD NOT FIX MY BIKE BECAUSE I DID NOT BUY IT THERE AND THAT IT WAS ELECTRIC. This was an old bike that I retrofitted with an electric motor. All I wanted her to do is change the brakes, which she could easily do, it had nothing to do with the electric motor. HER ATTITUDE WAS UNACCEPTABLE AFTER ALL I AM THE CLIENT. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE.TRÈS DÉÇU DE L'ATTITUDE HAUTAINE ET DU MAUVAIS SERVICE QUE J'AI REÇU À MA DERNIÈRE VISITE À CE MAGASIN. CLIENT DEPUIS DES ANNÉES LE REFUS DE LA MADAME AU COMPTOIR DE RÉPARER LES FREINS DE MON VIEUX BICYCLE QUE J'AVAIS ÉLECTRIFIÉ. C'EST QUOI SON PROBLÈME?? LA BUSINESS EST VRAIMENT BONNE À CE MOMENT. Top notch service! My wife and I were out exploring the region by bike, when I could hear a bad sound coming from my BB. It was late in the day, and Felix told me he would be able to fix it first thing the next morning. True to his word, he called me before they were officially open(@9:45, they open at 10) to say he had the BB open and the bearings were shot. Felix had it ready by 11 am , so we could go for a ride in the afternoon. He even cleaned up the bike, the chain and cassette! Thanks again for the great service!

Terrible customer service from the lady on the front desk, refusing to sell me a chain because she wanted to keep the stock for her ‘real customers’. Go down the road to Giant Magog or any other bike shop in Magog. Disgusting service.

Jason fitted me fir boots and made a huge difference in my skiing.Highly recommend this shop to all skiers out there.

Paying 17$ and waiting more than an hour for nothing. Bicycle still has a flat. Laughing about how old my bicycle was... Terrible service. Would absolutly not recommend.

The worst sporting good store you can find around. No return policy at all. I bought a face mask at 9AM and after 30 minutes I changed my mind and decided to return it back to the store. With its super rude staff & manager, they didn't accept it at all.All in all, the mountains were good enough to wipe away the bad experience I had with this store.
