I called first to request if they could resize my ring. I requested that it be done as soon as possible. I thought it may take a few days but they were able to do it in a few hours. Very professional and prompt business, I will use their service again in the future.

Not impressed at all! I changed my battery once, died less than 10 months.I decided to give them another try yesterday. Brand new watch, battery change. It had the sticker on it which I asked them many many times not to take off because it’s a gift. When I returned to pick up the watch. Not only the sticker was removed and then taped back together, they deliberately lied and said it was like that from the beginning. Can you believe it? I’m the one who mentioned several times not to remove it. Anyhow, I asked what brand of battery it was that they used, they didn’t even say, just said “Japanese battery”! So it clicked, they used cheap battery on my other watch... and now this one as well. $9 for that.I didn’t make a big fuss about it, but definitely not going back. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Lots of watch shops.

High prices and below average customer service. The store keepers definitely give preferencial treatment to certain ethinicites

I came into the store and lady was extremely rude and no customer service. I didn’t think it was a racial issue at first ( I am black) till a white person walked in and the customer service was totally different. She was very polite to the man. My wife also noticed the difference. She took my ring and agreed to resize for $35. Next day they call me back saying they cannot resize it due to the gemstone as it might be damaged by heat. I had to drive back to pick it up. Atleast tell customers of the go if you can do it or not!!! Also please talk to customers politely instead of screaming at them because they cannot understand your English! Also be more courteous when someone comes in and says Hi how are you and do not answer with what do you need.

I've been a customer for several years now for various work on my rings and pendants. The technician is a seasoned professional and his most recent work to my pendant exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend!Update: Once again, Luis outdid himself! For years, I'd been wanting a team ring like the ones that the main characters have on my favourite television show from the 1980's, Magnum P.I. I discussed it with Luis, showed him a few photos and he created it from scratch. If you're in the Scarborough area, or even if you're not, I definitely recommend Yat Lee Jewellery.

David Chow and his brother are excellent to deal with. I trust my watch servicing with them. David is experienced, friendly and honest. He has a lot of knowledge about watch movement, custom work and skilled in quality craftsmanship. David himself is a watch enthusiast and can always a good conversation about the hobby and work. His service is prompt and turnaround times are excellent.

David is a good guy. I went there with a bunch of different watches and he took care of all of them in a jiffy. I'll be going back for all my watch needs. Plus its really close to my home

I repaired my jewelry and it looks brand new.
