Full service. Some staff are super helpful & friendly, some are not that nice.Beware that one of the diesel nozzle is only for truck, cuz it's bigger than normal ones. Gas prices are lower than Chevron's.

Terrible experience and I never gonna use this gas station again. I was fueling my car and at some point I wanted to stop but release button on the gun didn't work. Doesn't matter how I tried I couldn't stop fueling my car. So basically they forced me to buy more then I actually planned. I talked to the guy who worked here and he said it get locked sometimes which is ridiculous. So I went inside and complained to a person behind the counter but she reacted like it was completely normal and suppose to be like that. Like you selected max amount 75$ and it wont let you to fuel less. That's a first time I have such awful experience cause anywhere you could stop to fuel your car at any time.

Good gas station. But all people come here should know. It is only gas station. Don’t require so many. U can do something by urself. And no people in gas station need know what is ESA. No dog come in is husky rules! Of course! Funny!

Don’t usually recommend or like to go to any kind of automated car washes but this one is touch less which is much better than the touch ones where all it does is scratch your paint off your car. I only recommend it using it during winter times. It does a decent job but can’t expect much and don’t expect it to get in to details for your car.You have to do that yourself. Also for the people commenting about the staff not helping you put the gas in your car maybe it’s time to learn how to do it yourself?!Otherwise why drive a car? Simple things...

Pump froze and wouldn't let me retrieve my card. Employee was very helpful in fixing it. I prefer to pump my own gas and the folks here never give me any grief over it. Car wash is also surprisingly effective. One of my preferred places in Richmond to fill up.

Poor service in night time. None of the staff member come out to fill the gas for any customer. Anybody can come and see anytime after midnight. There is one male and female staff most of the time but they are just talking, sitting inside the store and using phones. Near coffee counter.I am using that exit every single night but I didn’t see any employee outside.

A pretty great gas station. They have a car wash, diesel, propane tank exchange, an air pump, bathroom, mini mart and access from three roads.The mini mart has all the standard junk food but also adds some decent groceries (milk, bread, eggs some fruit). The car wash is not touchless but leaves your car undamaged.As it is Richmond it defaults to full service.

Good place to fill up gas for your rental car before returning it at the airport. There's also a small Husky Mart beside it where you can buy food and other stuff.

Laziest people ever. Came on Saturday night and the cashier lady and guy were just talking and looking at their phones inside. Didn't even bother coming outside. There were other cars too and everyone got out to gas up themselves. Must be great to work here. Get paid doing nothing. At least they'll feel more productive pretending to work than sitting at home waiting for government handouts.

Usually I come here for car wash. Went for a car wash and car wasn't clean as I would like. I understand it's a no touch but the water pressure didn't seem to be strong enough to spray bird poo off my car. Need to look elsewhere since the last wash wasn't good.
