Dollarama

This used to be my favorite dollarama. Since the new management I am going to have to say that it is horrible. Most of the new staff is rude unfriendly and doesn't understand English. They got rid of most of the original friendly stuff. I have been treated extremely rude and unprofessional by several staff and even used violent language with me. The new layout is not shopper friendly. Some of the areas are not stocked due to it is not staff based on fire inspection. Yes I will have to shop at this location but now I hate to go there. I had mentioned I will be giving my bad review to the staff member who cursed at me and he replied that he didn't care and it didn't matter because no one will care. I also said I'd call or write corporate office and he then told me that it is private owned and they can't do anything. Disgusting attitude.

Kinda confusing but had everything plus some... ended up walking out with things i didnt know they even sold.

Managers a goof and so are the employees accuse elders of stealing cause they take to long in there store. Maybe if your products were organized better they would have to search and search for what they are looking for I will never recommend anyone to go to your dollarama I will specifically tell them not to go there so they don't get treated the same way.

While not the biggest store selection the man working the checkout more than made up for it with his friendlyness and speed. Was in Friday night and the cashier not only helped me with everything I needed but also all the other customers ahead of me. Normally not a fan of Dollarama and find it a pain to visit them, stores like this one change my mind.

Edit I called back for managments name and h3 r3fused to give it to me! Today I went to this store as I heard they have a big selection of different colors Sally Hansen Polish for good price. Spent time looking through all the colors and also a bunch of candy. As I was looking for more snacks a gentleman asked me to leave. You better believe I freaked out never have I been so embarrassed in my LIFE. I belong to dollarama hauls and finds I am putting this in there. If your store has anything to say I want camera footage of my doing any wrong!!!! All my family shops here not anymore you better believe none of us will be back.

It's a dollar store. A quick fix for lower price shopping. Although..... whatever happened to an actual Dollar Store?. Things have really gone up but still cheaper than the big stores for some things.

No issues with me having an exemption. A few dirty looks but over all the staff is decent. Young gentlemen on cash is always super nice.

Nice clean bright store and well stocked with everything from cleaning supplies to greeting cards to xmas decor, craft items, party supplies, non perishable foods, kitchen wares, garden supplies etc. Everything is reasonably priced but everything is not a dollarDifferent methods of payment available. Small charge for debit transactions and bags. Ample parking including handicap parking and accessible doors. Typical dollar store. They do get busy especially near the holidays

Fast service lots items bramd name cheap friendly staff

Lots of new items here since my last visit. The selection of items is much better than when they first opened. The staff is friendly here and I've always got along with them.
