As a current tenant of this building, I have to say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The concierge has been consistently amazing, always friendly, helpful and quick to resolve any issues that I've had.The gym, pool, and sauna facilities continue to be amazing and are a great benefit to have on-site. It's wonderful to be able to stay indoors and take advantage of these amenities during the winter months without having to leave the building. The equipment in the gym is still top-notch and well-maintained, while the pool and sauna remain a welcome respite after a long day of work.Having lived here for less than a year, I can honestly say that I haven't had any major issues with the building or its facilities. Everything has been smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciate the effort that the management team puts into maintaining the building and ensuring that tenants are happy.Overall, I would highly recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, with excellent amenities and a friendly and responsive staff.

I’ve been living in the building for the last 2 years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It is in a great location, is really well maintained, and the apartments are beautiful - true to the photos. The whole staff are extremely nice and ready to help anytime I’ve needed it. Also the concierge service is phenomenal, especially when it comes to Andrews. He really is the nicest and most helpful guy! I really look forward to seeing him when I come home in the evenings.

I have been impressed by the exceptional service provided by the concierge. Especially Andrews, he always makes the effort to greet me and strike up a conversation with me whenever I get back from my day at the office.It is evident that concierge, especially Andrews take great pride in their role, as they great residents and guests with genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to assist in any way.Their commitment to delivering excellent service has truly enhanced my overall experience here. An absolutely fantastic experience! From our initial leasing engagement (with Kristine) to our many interactions with the concierge desk (Nigel and everyone on the concierge / housekeeping team) at 61 Yorkville - we (including our dog) were immediately made to feel welcome. The building was elegant and well kept - the apartment nicely furnished - the gym facilities spotlessly clean. A really friendly feeling. We will be sad to leave and will be looking for reasons to come back!

I'm living in this building for more than 2 years now and it's a really nice, welcoming, convenient and well located place. The whole staff is always nice and ready to help anytime we've needed. Also the concierge service is top notch, specially when it comes to Andrews. He's the nicest guy with a huge patience and lots of kindness, always welcoming is and being so sweet with all the pets. It's a lovely experience.

Eric and Paul at the concierge desk made our stay wonderful! The furnished suites are very well-appointed and clean. The location is ideal, just a short walk to Parliament Hill, shopping centres, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, perfect location, many facilities are close to it. Housekeeping does their job well, concierge team is always welcoming and willing to help. Mostly communicated with Andrews, he is always smiling, ready to solve any puzzle and just have a nice chat with you if he has some time.

My experience with the building has been wonderful! The building and amenities are really well maintained and very clean.The staff and concierge team are always professional, helpful, friendly and dedicated - Andrews in particular always greets guests with genuine kindness and enthusiasm.I feel the commitment by staff to provide exceptional service has really added to my overall experience and has created a sense of community and a homey atmosphere :)

Minto One80Five is a wonderful place to live, the amenities are worth it, and the concierge service is impeccable. Andrews is wonderful with the residents of the building, he is great at welcoming you home into the building, and helping out whenever you have any concerns. He always has a smile on his face and is so friendly and kind with his service. It makes a great difference and it’s quite obvious in the way the residents love talking to him and catching up with him. The building is lucky to have him!

Minto One80five is a perfect place to live and has professional concierge service.
