I have been bringing my car to ATS for 10 years. Duane is the most upstanding, honest, and reliable mechanic I’ve met. I can’t count how many times this man has come to my rescue with my car time and time again. He’s upfront with what needs to be done now, gives me a heads up on what will need to be done in the future so it’s not a shocker, and what I can go without. You hear so many horror stories about mechanics and going to Duane for my car is like me going to my father for advice - never screws me over and tells me how it is. The staff are amazing and the receptionist is super friendly. I always feel like I’m in the best hands when I bring my car there and always feel confident when I leave knowing that my car is in top working order without me breaking the bank. Inefficient Mechanic StoreI cannot, recommend autotire and safeties, due to their significant shortcomings in customer service, time management, and mechanical competence. My initial contact with the store wasn't problematic as I was given a two-week appointment for my car's scraping noise - a wait time I considered reasonable. However, my satisfaction ended there.The mechanic assured me the issue was resolved, but only a few days later, the scraping noise returned, evidently just a temporary patchwork that failed to address the root of the problem. When I called back, I was shocked to be given a one-month wait for the next appointment, a duration that is far from ideal especially when dealing with a noise that was becoming a nuisance in my neighborhood.Upon my second visit, I made it crystal clear that I wanted all issues fixed regardless of the cost. One would assume a complete fix was a given, but it seemed not to be the case here. I was even more frustrated to realize a few days later that the steering was still shaking. They had only replaced the back rotors and completely ignored the front, disregarding my explicit request for a comprehensive service.The gravity of the situation is not so much about the money as it is about the time. I've spent two months going back and forth, hoping for a resolution that has yet to come. This, I believe, reflects a lack of expertise and attention to detail, which is extremely disappointing for a mechanic store.It feels like they're content with providing quick, short-term fixes rather than delving into the issue and providing a permanent solution. It's a waste of time, with no observable effort towards perfection, and a seeming lack of genuine mechanical experts.It pains me to say that I will not be returning to this store, and I would advise potential customers to seek services elsewhere.Edit:In response to your comment; I'm Srikanth G. Its sad to see the response. I'm attaching the reciept of my second visit so you understand I'm not fake. I value my time. Now I advise you to prioritize appointments for recurring complaints(issues that resurface after you informed fixed).The best case is fix them right the first time but I know it may be more to ask.

Duane and mechanics are awesome to deal with. Never leave unhappy whether it be price or quality work!!! Highly recommended. Fast service and reasonable prices !! Stop by for vehicle repairs you won't be disappointed.

My company car had it's vehicle inspection done here. Everything is fine. I want to thank Dwayne for taking the time to help me out a few months back, when I had questions about the functions of my vehicle. We went for a quick drive and he was able to figure out my concerns promptly. I appreciate his offer to help me check out the car before I brought it to the Kia dealership; Dwayne is not obligated to help me but he did it anyway.
