I came to dairy queen to eat a hot meal and instead was served cold food. I'm also concerned that the kitchen staff does not handle the food to food safety guidelines. The management appears to be either lacking or just completely absent, I am extremely disappointed by the service.

I love DQ, but this one was the worst experience twice, ordered a shake in the drivethru, it was warm, how the hell is a shake warm?Second time, ordered 2 chicken wraps they gave me 1 and tossed the receipt after I asked for it to show I ordered 2.Don't go here.
