I purchased somethings on dec 1 / 2022 , I ordered a ebrake cover and brake pads which were 0$ so I added them to my cart for purchase. Once purchased A&j didn’t honour it and say it was a glitch on their website which wasn’t the customers fault . They then returned my money without asking an told me to re order. They did not handle the situation professionally and did not have the proper customer service . If their system glitched they should have honour it instead they basically told me to kick rocks in a nut shell. Poorly mistreated & extremely poor customer service on their end . Any company would honor if it was a mistake on their end , by no means is it the customers fault that their system glitched.

Ordered some parts from them a while back. Overall, very good service. The 4 stars is because the parts took way longer than quoted due to them forgetting to contact a supplier. No other issue beyond that.
