Absolutely terrible experience, when you have to put a pet down , you think the vet would be ready and on time, but no , made us wait because he was a phone call , after 20 minutes waiting in the back room and my dog stressed and panicking trying to get away .Made me feel like I was holding my dog down and forcing this on him . I was absolutely devistated. I have had to put pets down before , but this vet made this 100 time harder. If your looking for a new vet, keep looking and don't waste your time here .

Dr. David Funston, his associates and staff are amazing and I highly recommend this clinic.We have been going to this Veterinary Clinic for almost 20 years because I trust my pets are in the very best hands possible.Dr. Funston is a remarkable surgeon and I have noted that his diagnosis of our pet issues are always right on.He will also tell you if a procedure is necessary or not and his prices are very fair.I must comment on some of the comments that state his bedside manner is lacking. Seriously? Dr. Funston seems just fine in that department to me.He is reserved and very articulate. I am good with that.

Had my foster pup spayed here. Very friendly and thorough vet techs. Nice and clean. Good sized waiting area. Lots of parking. Very busy clinic.

Dr. Anwar and his staff are amazing! They are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to answer all your questions. Dr. Anwar takes the initiative to follow up and prices fairly. I highly recommend Boyne Veterinary!

Just came back from an appointment with my dog Benny and I am really shaken up.Benny loved the vet techs and receptionist, but was immediately uncomfortable and scared of the vet, which is unusual for Benny as he loves people and always loved going to our last vet. I was then instructed to muzzle him, and to hold him against a wall as the vet gave him vaccines and examined him. Benny was extremely terrified and stressed, I was shaking, and I don’t think my nerves helped the situation. For background Benny is a 14 month old husky-GSD, and we’ve already completed extensive obedience training and socialization. The vet told me to be tougher with him and to be rough with my dog to make him submit… he was unable to complete the exam and no vet techs were ever present to help. I was told to sedate my dog before our next appointment and bring Benny muzzled, even though Benny has never bitten anyone or even growled at someone before. This was Bennys second visit here, the vet muzzled him and was very nervous around him on our first trip but I was hoping it was because he was a new dog. This time was way worse, I will not ever be returning.The vet is knowledgeable about medication and treatment, however he is really nervous around dogs and mine picked up on that. I don’t think this is a suitable clinic for any kind of rescue dog or dogs that are nervous around strangers. If your dog is reactive or nervous of vets DO NOT COME HERE. Which is sad because the staff was very friendly

Definately RecommendedThe staff accepted my dog during regular appt. times without hesitation when he wasnt even registered there. They treated him and also made an unannounced followup call to see how he was doing a couple of days later. i had to tell them that he had since passed ( it was made evident during the visit he was on his way out) and it was also confirmed by our regular vet ....It was evident they were saddened and then we even recieved a card in the mail from them , signed by the entire staff .The price was fair although it doesnt really matter when you experience the professionalism and courtesy we recieved.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Affordabe prices, and they got me an appointment the same day. Great experience.

Caring and compassionate staff. We lost our guinea pig, Randall, last week and brought him to Boyne for cremation. They were so genuine and caring. 5/5 definitely recommend. RIP Randy. Thanks so much Boyne Veterinary!

So professional and kind. Truly cares about the animals they care for. Fairly priced as well would highly recommend
