We have contracted with the Comfort Group to install a new gas furnace and AC system for our home. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service from the initial contact through the installation. I had some secondary plumbing issues to be assessed. Sean Pollock, plumber, was prompt and polite in providing an assessment and digging right in to making the needed changes. We are very pleased and impressed; and would recommend this group highly.

The Comfort Group Heating Co was fantastic! Dustin did a wonderful job doing my annual maintenance on my heat pump. He was honest, listened to what I needed and got the job done in a timely fashion and charges a fair amount. I highly recommend him for all your maintenance needs. It’s hard to find honest, good workers who have your back. And I found that in Dusty.

Everything was great. The lady who showed up to quote was really nice and very easy to deal with. Service was quick. The crew that all showed up to install were on time and all very nice. They did a quality job and consulted me before chopping holes in my wall where I wouldn't want. It was a busy day for my business so they did awesome in working around the chaos that happened that day. Over all really good experience.

Brendan was fantastic. Punctual, professional, and got everything done the way we wanted it. We'd suggest Comfort Group any time. The only thing I'd want to see is his van wrapped in Comfort Group decals.

Great experience with The Comfort Group in Parksville, BC. I recently had a new Lennox mini split heat pump system installed and Dustin did an amazing job. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient during the installation. I felt comfortable having him in my home, which is not always the case with other service providers. I appreciated how he worked quietly and quickly, just how I like it. I left this review because of how impressed I was with his work. I even took a photo to show my appreciation. I highly recommend The Comfort Group and Dustin for their excellent service.

Ryan was awesome. Prompt, professional and friendly. Dispatch was as well. I’d recommend. 5 star for RyanEDIT Initially, Ryan and the dispatch team provided excellent service - prompt, professional, and friendly. I would have recommended them based on my positive experience. However, I have had to modify my review to a 1-star, due to a month-long wait for a repair to my heat pump along with problems honoring my Complete Care" warranty. The Comfort Group

Sean actually arrived early as there had been a last minute cancellation. He was courteous, informative and forthright! We had been experiencing a bit of an issue with the furnace so he thoroughly checked every possible cause and all seems to be good. The Comfort Group is now our go to HVAC team.
