Worst establishment I’ve ever been too, service is bad, food is sub par. Was a guest, Not impressed.

I was a member here for a short period of time, I was required to sign an additional document to obtain my membership stating I would not run any type of business from the club. Almost immediately John Pereira / General Manager was trying to get my to run business from the club, I declined and complaints against my membership ensued. My membership was revoked without reason or explanation ( which is technically allowed under their new guidelines - so be careful ) I later found out from members that stories were fabricated about me operating business from the club THIS IS FULLY UN TRUE and completely disgusting how I was treated. I had my family and friends at the club only a few times and they were harassed and kicked off the property - one time the police was called on a group of my friends for a reason I am ashamed and embarrassed a place I called my club would take part in.Be careful joining here, read the fine print, walk on egg shells

Mimico Cruising Club is not following current Toronto Public Health guidelines that enable fully vaccinated Canadians to return to Canada following travel and to not have to quarantine unless asked to do so. We are unable to attend a close family member’s Celebration of Life because they are using the old rules. I am sure many of the other visitors, members etc over the summer have not been vaccinated and may even have travelled but because we were presented with a dated screening form and we are honest, someone else will give my tribute to my late Uncle.While you may not agree with travel, we need to follow guidelines and continue to encourage vaccine uptake. With vaccination comes privileges and today we will not be enjoying one of them.I love this club…having hosted a couple of events there and attended many others. I am hoping this post will encourage the Club to review their policy.Catherine

We recently had our wedding here and it was spectacular! The staff were lovely, the food was fantastic, and the venue was perfect. Everything flowed so smoothly and everyone was so accommodating. We're so glad we stumbled upon Mimico Cruising Club! And special shout out to Mariana, who is an absolute gem and so wonderful to work with. Thank you for making our day one we will never forget!

The best hidden gem in the entire city !! Do not know what I would do without this place & it is part of the reason I live near the lake ! Fantastic grounds, amazing staff and truly the best spot....feels like you're on vacation. Love hosting our birthdays and such here as well !

Lighthouse is statement structure of Mimico Cruising Club and Humber Bay Park.Built in the late 1800s, this is one of two historic Toronto lighthouses relocated in 1981 from the Eastern Gap on other side of Toronto Harbour, to Etobicoke, near the mouth of the Humber River.

Beautiful location, huge basin, located adjacent to a lovely stretch of the waterfront trail. Groceries and LCBO nearby. Love the Friendship Gate with Etobicoke Yacht Club. Saw a fox carrying her prey through those gates - squirrel on the menu? This area of the shoreline for sailing is open water, so you miss the variety that the City of Toronto and Islands shoreline provides. But the open water does beckon!

Having been there several times for dinner with his friends, my husband suggested that he take me and another couple for dinner at the restaurant. We are not members which had never been a problem before as he had been welcome and had a very good experience every time he had previously dined there.I find it interesting that my blonde, blue eyed husband had visited with his also blonde and blue eyed friends previously and had a nice time. The night in question however, visiting with myself and another couple of visible mixed ethnicities we were being buzzed in and informed staff we were not members but there to dine. We were told that was no problem and our party of four was seated, we were given menus and we ordered. After about fifteen minutes a memeber of staff came to our table and ask us to leave. Shocked, we asked why and he said it was because we are not members. Informing him that my husband had dined there several times before the staff member said his GM ask that we leave. Apparently four well dressed people quietly chit chatting waiting for dinner was so egregious to them their GM needed to intervene. Absolutely horrified by the entire experience and have never experienced this in my life. Looks like if you look a certain way ( cough cough ) you will have no problem.We live right next door at Marina del Rey as do our friends who also own in Marina del Rey. Headsup they only want their own kind " here. We went to La Vecchia for dinner instead and had a fantastic time. Wonderful atmosphere

it is so close to home. very friendly staff and fellow members. the dining room is consistently yummie!

Excellent dining experience at very reasonable prices... and you get a great view!
