I have been a patient for about 35 years. The staff, dentist super nice. I had problem with one of my tooth, I called and had an appointment right away. Super reassuring. The office always super clean. I feel safe going there especially.

Very friendly staff. No wait time. Pleasant, clean environment. Take time with you and don't rush you at all. No admonishing on condition of teeth. They don't talk down to you. Very gentle. Would highly recommend. If you are nervous, the ValCaron Family Dental are the people to see. A 5 star dental service.

Very accommodating. Best staff I've met. If you don’t enjoy going to your dentist, you need to try coming here. They are not rough, they're easy going. Wait time is minimal. My kids love going as well.

Dr. McNichol and his staff are always informative, welcoming and comforting to my five children. A great place to take your children for dental work. I am also a patient and have been for 35 years. When my dentist retired we all stayed.

After being with the same dentist for over 30 years, he retired. Since then, Dr. McNicholl and his team have been looking after my chompers. They are all professional, kind, and have a great chair side manner.

I love this office. The staff are always friendly and service is always prompt. The hygienists are professional and personable. Dr. McNicholl is cheery and knows how best to treat his patients dental concerns. My whole family attends this practice and we feel very connected to all of the staff.

Found the Val Caron Family Dental very professional while being friendly. Always carrying a light conversation on their intention, keeping you informed on the actions taken are the best for your situation. And also safety conscious due to close proximity with patients and all staff, as we are sick of masks it just feels right and reassuring in that establishment. Overall was made very comfortable while in an embarrassing situation exposing a cavity (rotten tooth) to strangers. Thank you very much for your help VCFD and hope to be accepted as a permanent patient.
