I went to many Kim Phat in Montréal, this one is just much more clean, and they have a slightly better variety of products, also someo of their fruits were quite cheap compared to other store (but maybe it was just a good day).

Fresh produce. Very good variety of Asian products. Have very good food brands on sale. They always have the products advertised... Except for chicken wings when on sale. Call ahead to know if they have some. Only slight issue is most personnel only communicate in Mandarin. But the younger staff understands you.

Decent size Asian grocery store. Very clean, especially the sea food and meat counter. They also have a bakery section. The store is part of a mall, so parking can be a challenge. So far so good, I did not have to park in the streets.

Clean, friendly staff and good selection of products. The price are cheaper here compare to the other Asian market that’s down the street. A lot of parking available. The shopping cart are free. No basket available.

Interesting variety of Asian products including kitchen accessories, fruits and vegetables, meats, bakery, packaged food. Store is large and organized, bright and clean but can be busy at times. The staff is friendly. Prices range from average to a bit on the higher end. Keep an eye on the specials of the week listed on the flyer. There's no restaurant area. Parking provided.

I found everything I wanted. The staff working were nice and the place was really clean.(maybe the carts weren't, but they had product at the entrance) spent way more time here than I thought I would. Got all the fun flavoured beverages, Ice creams, snacks, and exotic fruits.

Great grocery store, but we have alot of trouble with gate for stroller. We always wait so long before staff press button inside of the shop, we can’t come inside and go out comfy without waiting and asking additionally to open this gate. Please, find another option for people with strollers and wheelchairs, it is quite uncomfortable and useless. Everything rest is perfect in the store, we like Kim Phat)
