June Lee at Connect Hearing North has changed my life! I have severe hearing loss in my right ear. I thought my career as a presenter would need to end as I was unable to navigate and respond to questions in large auditoriums. My Phonak hearing device comes with a microphone which has been life-changing, and has allowed me to maintain presenting with confidence and reassurance.The quality of support and attention to detail at Connect Hearing North is first-class. The Coquitlam location provided me with top class service right from the first appointment. Full explanation of the hearing test results, description of the options for corrective devices and help with setting up the hearing aids. The followup was also excellent with a phone call to make sure I was fully satisfied and offering a return visit to make a minor adjustment. Subsequent visits have been booked to ensure the hearing aids' performance is still good. I am also very pleased with the Phonak devices other than I can no longer pretend I can't hear my wife when she asks for me to help with housework.

Front staff was friendly and welcoming. Explained what's needed and/or what to expect. Audiologist was also friendly and informative. Gave professional and personal insight on my hearing health. Tests were straight forward.

This is the second set of Hearing Aids that we purchased from this Coquitlam North Office since Dec 2016. The Specialist is very professional, friendly and patient. The receptionist is approachable and helpful too.
