Great service overall. I got a stone chip on the 401 that resulted in a ~8” crack in the windshield of my X5. I immediately called Auto Glass Canada who advised me to consider repair (vs replacement) given the length of the crack and that it occurred < 1 day. They were able to visit < 1 hour and were finished in ~20-25 mins. I was sceptical about their ability to repair, but was impressed with the result. If you can live with a hairline in the windshield (see pic) I strongly recommend this option if it can be performed, especially given the cost of a new windshield (+$3k for OEM replacement).

These guys are simply the best! They came on time to do mobile service and got the job done quick at a very reasonable price. They were the only shop that didn't make me bring my car in and that also had the windshield in inventory.Don't go to those big name ones like Apple Autoglass they make you come in and never have inventory!

I noticed a chip on the leading edge of my Tesla Model Y's roof on the Saturday of a long weekend. Since I had a long drive coming up on the Tuesday, I wanted to get the chip repaired in case it might cause a crack while driving. I called AGC Sunday morning and they were at my house a few hours later. Easy peasy, they took care of the chip and I'm happy with the quality of the work.

Don't normally write reviews but I had to because of the money these guys saved me. Went to several shops in regards to a chip on my windshield. Was turned down because every shop said they could’t guarantee that they could fix the windshield and that there was a chance that if repair failed I would have to go with a replacement. Called these guys after I gave up on the bigger ones with shops. After sending over an image of the chip I was told that it was indeed repairable and that they could come over on the same day and get it done. Just like they said the entire process was complete within a day. Saved me a couple hundred dollars and also did a spectacular job on the chip as it looks much better than before.

I called and booked under 24 hours as I had a 12 inch crack on my windshield. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend. Great long hours too, very accommodating.
