For the cost, guest satisfaction should be of more importance. Was very disappointed. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi jets were cold water. It also turned on very loudly a few times during the night and woke us up. The rain shower was all clogged and there wasn't enough pressure to have a shower. Bathroom also had a couple cleanliness issues. There's only a few channels available for TV, but that's my fault for assuming there would be other TV options.I did try contacting the general manager about the issues, but never received any reply at all. For $265 a night, I'd expect more. I'd recommend the Viscount. Jacuzzi room is about $100 less, they have TV options and even offer free bottled water.

This was supposed to be an anniversary celebration i.e. - nice hotel, mineral pool, hot tub, etc. As it turned out we were very disappointed. The front desk check-in was great and hats off to Manpreet for a smooth process. The king size bedroom suite was spacious and very clean. We did a quick check of the mineral pool and found it to be barely warm and foamy. From previous experiences at mineral pools and owning a hot tub for many years, the foam is due to lack of proper PH and alkalinity levels and the need for a clarifier to help the filter system. We decided to come back later that eve to try it out. When we returned, the pool was even colder and foamier. Also discovered the hot tub was empty and appeared to be under repair. We advised the front desk (Benny did a great job!) and he was surprised that there was no maintenance information about the hot tub closure. We did receive a discount for the inconvenience but that is not why we let them know. Needless to say that we booked the room specifically for the relaxing experience and did not get it. We cannot recommend this hotel and will most likely not return.

We stayed at the Clarion for one night, the rooms were very clean and it is a beautiful looking hotel. We had a poor experience with the customer service though. The thermostat in the room did not work and we were told someone from maintenance would be sent to us, it was a very warm night and we did not rest well, in the morning we reminded customer service about the room for the next guest that may stay there and the response we got was less than professional. Nice hotel, looks very upper class for the location, customer service was not the highlight of our visit.

Stayed at the Clarion the night before and the night of our wedding. Nice and centrally located. The lady at the check in gave us a free late check out and an upgrade to a hot tub king suite, which was perfect as there was ample space for the ladies to have their hair and makeup done. The bed and pull out couch were insanely comfy. Fireplace was romantic and great for the photographer to get some beautiful shots of accessories. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to indulge in the mineral spa, but there will be other opportunities! It was also nice having the pancake house attached for breakfast the next morning with guests.

The room costed $316.34 per night! Felt like an old apartment building. An apartment that would cost $9,806.54/month.. Clarion sign had burnt out lights when pulling up. Parking was a nightmare. Had to park across the street at the sketchy mall parking lot with no plug ins, in January. Front desk had very poor communication skills and couldn’t understand my wife whom speaks perfect English. Nobody explains how the elevator works. Every new guest seems to learn the hard way. The box spring of the king bed was stained very badly like someone puked all down the side of the bed. There was crumbs and hair from past guests on the box spring as well. We booked a room with 2 beds and ended up with a stained king and a stained pull out couch. The hideabed was extremely uncomfortable with springs digging into my ribs all night and the cushions had drink spill stains as well as some very “suspicious” stains on them so I most certainly wasn’t using them to make the so called bed more comfortable. I called front desk a few times for different reasons and nobody even answered. Didn’t want to make any kind of scene or big deal around my 6 year old and ruin the experience for them. The desk chair in the room looked like someone used it in an office for the last 25 years. The leather was worn down to nothing on the arm rests as well as flaking off in multiple other places. The wall paper was peeling off and bubbling in multiple places in the room. The carpet looked like it’s from the 80’s. There was no functional climate control in the room. A thermostat was present but it didn’t do anything. No control over temperature or airflow also no ventilation in bathroom just a small air return line with barely any suction. Windows don’t open in room. Sliding doors separating beds don’t even fully close. The pool was decent. Could use some maintenance though. Everything made of steel was rusting. The area leading to the slide is much colder than other areas. Nobody from the hotel cares about who’s using the spa area. No one checks for wrist bands so it’s just a free for all and takes away from the relaxing comfort factor of that side of the pool area. The sauna turns off automatically at 9 but the pool is open until 11 which makes no sense and many guests seemed disappointed by that. The pool area is constantly running out of towels and you gotta go to the front desk and attempt to get some. The pancake house is nothing special. Food took forever to show up and then it was cold when it did show. I always tip but ended up not leaving any tip due to the disappointment. There is no complimentary breakfast here. There’s a convenience store in the hotel with incredibly jacked up prices.. 3 small ice cream sandwiches 4 chocolate bars and a big bag of chips was over $35 so basically everything there is nearly 3x the price. The only place in the hotel to fill a water bottle with filtered water is in the gym which is in the basement 4 floors down from my room. My wife made the mistake of booking our room by phone which ended up being a painful 45 minutes of language barriers and somebody trying to sell her things and get her to book hotels in the states. I’ve stayed in Much better hotels for less and left with positive thoughts about the facility. I will never stay in a clarion or anywhere owned by choice hotels again. The only reason they get 1 star is cause my child had fun in the pool and there is no 0 star option.

We would *not* choose to stay here again and do not recommend staying here. When we booked this room just a few days before, we were told the parking garage was under construction and that they'd have valet service available. They did not.It did not have any breakfast service. We used an Apple card (because it's a secure card and because there aren't foreign currency fees when I use it) to check in and it completely messed with their system. The Apple card gives a different number for each transaction and it took them 20 minutes to figure out why it wasn't working. They didn't tell us we needed to use our key card to use the elevator. We figured it out. The stair door was unlocked and I could walk up without proof that I had a room there. So why require a key card for the elevator? There were large groups of people outside the front door smoking every time we came and went. It was unpleasant. The night we stayed (Sunday, May 21st) there were very large, very loud cars racing just outside the front of the hotel, well into the night. It was hard to drive to and from the hotel because of the preponderance of one-way loops. To drive just two blocks away, we had to go six blocks! It's not pedestrian friendly either.

I had the opportunity to film a wedding here last year. The venue itself is nice, well maintained and spacious. This allowed the wedding planner to freely decorate the space and for the reception to hold a lot of guests and provide big dance floor for the guests and the couple to enjoy the rest of their night during the after party!

Rooms a bit dated and weekday breakfast, hard boiled eggs please but the staff!!! Pam and everyone, so great to see them at the end of a long day. Always friendly, helpful, accommodating, even giving tips on doing business in town like going to the lab. Would definitely recommend for a home away from home!

Isn’t a total pit but I’d recommend staying elsewhere. We went for a 2 day staycation and it was anything but relaxing.Arrival - took 40 minutes in line (with a toddler) to check in. This is insane for any hotel especially when there were only a handful of people ahead of me.Room - basic 2 queen was large enough. Had stains on the walls and graffiti tags on the lampshades.Pool - the whole pool area is showing it’s age. Everything is rusty, the water slide is well stained but is functional. The kiddy pool was closed for most of our stay, which was a problem since we had a water obsessed toddler.Holding the pool towels at the front desk and forcing people to wait 5-15 minutes to get them is just a massive waste of time. They also ran out of towels twice in 2 days and could not provide any.Bring your own towels.Keys stopped working twice in 2 days. Very annoying to get locked out in a wet swimsuit (due to lack of towels)Overall won’t return unless there are significant improvements.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. They compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure!Makes me feel like I’m home and the room with divider was an comfort when resting after surgery. It would have been better if the light bulbs were replaced that were not working. It would be a lot easier to change the garbage bins if there would be extra bag under the already what was put.
