We recently had our deck replaced by Rick and his team and we are very pleased with the high quality result. Rick completed the project ahead of schedule and was on budget. Rick's communication was outstanding, giving us advanced notice of when the project would take place. Rick was very honest and forthcoming while we debated various design and material options. Rick stands behind the work he does and will only take on a project that he can complete to the best of his abilities.

Rick and Ryan replaced our deck in the spring of 2023 in a timely manner at the price quoted to us the previous fall. They were very careful not to damage our pool and sprinkler system. They were both personable and polite. We liked Rick’s suggested expanded design of our deck and the overall appearance once complete. We have received several compliments from friends and neighbours. Rick is everything you want in a contractor. Excellent and professional work. Shows up when he says he will and does what he said he would. No surprises. On time and budget. He even reprised our quote after I agreed to it because he got better pricing himself. Who does that anymore? And by the way, the next best quote we had was twice the price. Thumbs up all around.Jim.

Rick and Scott were amazing. Rick was super responsive, absolutely on time and built us a beautiful small deck to replace the unsightly concrete stoop off our back door. It has completely transformed the yard. So happy with the result!

We are extremely happy that we chose London Fence and Deck to rebuild our old deck. The work was completed quickly and with great attention to detail. They worked with the existing footprint as we asked, carefully removed the railing and reinstalled it at the end. Could not have asked for more. Thank you Rick and Tod.

We recently had our old deck torn down and rebuilt by Rick and his crew from London Fence and Deck. We were very pleased with the professionalism and quick response to both our questions and a change in materials. The entire process of removal and rebuild took place in less than a week. We did get another quote too but that other company was very tardy in responding, while Rick got back to us within hours of seeing what the job entailed. Rick and his co-worker worked quickly and efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with. Their price was competitive and we could not be happier with the results.

Rick did an amazing job designing and building our deck fall 2017. We didn't know what would be the best design and layout for our backyard but with his experience and vision, he created us a great deck. Our one request was to have a place to put some plants so he built us a planter box that we really love. He built our deck in a few days. We're really excited to spend our summer on the new deck. He has a hardworking team, friendly and professional. He's definitely worth it!

Rick did an incredible job with our deck! He was so easy to work with, friendly and efficient. The job site was always clean at the end of the day. He truly is very skilled in what he does and the pride he takes in his work definitely shows. Our deck looks amazing and is solid in its construction.
