Millwood travels is the best travel agent I have ever dealt with.Noor who is a part of this organization is soo professional and always enthusiastic to assist you with whatever you need.My personal experience:I was suppose to travel from Toronto to Mumbai via Cathay Pacific with a layover of 2 hrs in hongkong and Cathay cancelled that flight and booked me for another flight with a layover if 14 hrs in hongkong.. when I spoke to Amit about this.. he made sure I am booked in the same flight which was initially promised with the lesser layover time.. and I am sooo grateful that they made this happen and my journey was made easy and peaceful. Noor also gave me a courtesy call before I left from Toronto just to make sure all was good with me.. she was always soo patient inspite of me asking her sooo many questions..thank you soo much Noor and Millwood Travels. I truly appreciate your efforts.

Lalit is very unreliable and waste of time. Spoken over the phone for 20 minutes and gave all information, had credit card on hand to pay, and I was told I will get an email soon with all the options for prices. Waited for the whole day, didn't receive email. I am glad, as I found cheaper tickets than what I was quoted from somewhere else.

They provide tickets at good price. Staff is also professional.

Very poor service provided by Millwood travel Manager Ms.Rajan. We booked are four tickets in November . Went to India in Jan 2023 and returned was confirmed in March 7 . It was 6 hrs stay in USA .Rajan told me in Feb last that we need to stay 24 hrs in USA for next flight to Canada . Otherwise need to book other tickets . It was so terrific experience with my little kids to go to hotel with 8 checked bags. And carry all bags to next day flight . I never recommend him for future . Zero for him
