Ohana Party Place

I ordered balloons from Ohana Party Place for our 3 year business anniversary party and the balloons were perfect! The colours were spot on and they looked amazing. Delivery was right on time AND on a weekend! (It is hard to find a party decor service which delivers on Saturdays)I will be using them for my next event and recommending them to my friends.

Amanda did an excellent job on the balloons for our baby party last Saturday. She helped me choose the colours and balloon style that would work together. They were perfect and actually a week later are still floating! The delivery was amazing, They came at the right time, even in the snow storm.

Amanda did an amazing job on balloons for my twins first birthday party! She made the process seamless and accommodated us with only a day's notice. The balloons were even delivered and set up at home which saved us a lot of time! Thanks Amanda!

I ordered a balloon bouquet for Mother's Day and it was perfect. The balloons were arranged beautifully and the colours were excellent. My Mother absolutely loved it. Amanda was so great to work with. Her customer service was excellent and prompt. I highly recommend them!

There’s definitely a reason this place has all 5 star reviews. My husband found Ohana after I started panicking that I forgot to order balloons and a lot of other places were sold out of anything that said graduation or congratulations. Thankfully on short notice Ohana was able to deliver beautiful balloons for the occasion. Amanda suggested not filling the 2021 with helium if the balloons would be outside and explained why. The customer service was fantastic. They even provided string for me to hang the arrangement. Not something I would have thought of. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Now that graduation is over I have to plan the off to university party and I know who I’ll be calling for balloons.

Honestly, one of the best experiences placing an order for a product/service! I was beyond grateful for the effort and help that was extended to me. The bouquet of balloons were beautifully done! I ordered balloons as decor for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Amanda was very responsive by email and everything was delivered on time and to spec. The delivery charge was very reasonable and saved me one more errand to run on what was a very busy day. Thank you, Amanda!!

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with Ohana Party Place is worthy of one. I had to order a last minute graduation bouquet for my daughter and Amanda was so helpful and very pleasant on the phone. The bouquet was delivered on time and looked amazing!

We were extremely impressed by the professionalism of Amanda from the beginning! Her flexibility when it came to working within our availability and working with us and open to ALL of our ideas! We wanted 200 helium balloons filled and floating on the ceiling and during the process we noticed we wanted less of one colour and more of the other and she was able to change it for us on the spot which was AWESOME! The guests loooveed it as did we!! Absolutely beautiful work! She is very knowledgeable and we will definitely be using her in the future and the free delivery was a bonus!

Ohana Party Place SAVED THE DAY for my son’s birthday. We’d placed an order elsewhere and they never showed! I called Ohana and they were helpful in choosing a balloon package that suited our needs - within an hour, it was at our front door. This was near the end of their day when I’m sure they already had their hands full. The balloons were a huge hit, and honestly their rates were even better than the order we’d previously placed.
