First Choice Haircutters

I was so disappointed with the hair cut I received. I asked for long layers on medium length hair. What I recieved was the most uneven, butchered layers. The sides aren’t Symmetrical it’s horrible. When I kept asking her to blend the layers ( looked like stairs) she kept blaming it on my hair being straight?? I’ve had bad hair cuts in my life but never have I been left in almost tears after how bad my hair is.

First time there, the fine young lady that cut my hair was very personable and did a great job. Took her time and made sure I was happy with my cut. I would recommend this first choice to all my friends. Nice to see there is still some good customer service in this day.

OMG if you want a haircut and have the best time of your life go to First Choice on Pitt & 9th Store # 51428, They welcome you at the door full of smiles and very happy to serve you, They will keep you in stitches, I went to other places and believe me it was dismal and boring but these girls all get along and bring so much spirit to the place, It makes you wish it would take a lot longer to cut your hair because your having such a great time, If you have never tried this place please do I promise you will never regret it. The owner Shannon and her ( partners in crime!) LOL Micheline and Krystel are the very best hair stylists in Cornwall, And this is for now on my go to place for a hair cut or trim. 2 thumbs up to all of you, you's are the best!!

Where do I start! All the staff were so down to earth and loved joking. They had me in tears from laughing. Especially Shannon! She went above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgable and so easy to talk to. It's like I knew her for years. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and answer any questions I had. I am about a month late on this but better late than never.I decided I wanted a cut a day before a trip and my usual hairdresser wasn't available so I showed up here for a cut and style. I am growing my hair out and wanted an inverted bob.Well all I can say is that this is exactly how I've been wanting my hair to look for months and I'm struggling with going back to my regular hairdresser.I didn't even get your name but you really lit me up with such a perfect cut and style that I'm still feeling fresh one month later.The younger gal with blonde hair.

Good haircut, friendly service and willing to accommodate walk-in's most of the time.

It’s okay for the price of the haircut. A little discount on kids under 12. Staff are pleasant and nice...could tell from how they were interacting with their customers. They also sell hair products. Gets busy sometimes so be prepared to wait.

Tiffany was very good and professional with my 8yr old daughter. My daughter's hair was really damaged at the ends and since her hair is curly, it is hard to manage. Tiffany took the time and trimmed it perfectly. She even put in the extra effort and put it in a beautiful french braid. My daughter was very happy and proud! Thank you! :)

Had to have a color correction done, and I was very nervous, Christine did an amazing job! I am very satisfied with my experience here.
