Had a great lunch at this location. Service and food were excellent. Loved the new udon noodle bowl.

Went in for a beef dip and zoo sticks and the beef dip was cold and not the garlic bread they described on the menu it wasn't even toasted. No flavor and a HUGE waste of money. The only thing good was the zoo sticks but how to you ho wrong with anything deep fried? Anyway I felt like I threw away my money. The service was not great. The waitress was very blunt and didnt sound very friendly.

Check number 234879. Table 77. Time 1;58pm. Date 4/21/23.I took my sister and her husband and one of their son in laws and my dad's relatives to this restaurant so we could chat about the past and catch up with new news. We all ordered our meals and drinks. I had to keep asking for a refill. And my relatives had to ask for coffee refills.The meals arrived. I heard my relatives complaining that the food was not hot. Especially the soup. And I ordered a club house sandwich. The toast was so very hard. I'm use to making toast. But this toast was hard enough to knock on. That's not how toast is sapose to be.I could not eat the sandwich. I complained but nothing was taking of the bill. After I complained about about my order. The waitress stopped coming to our table to refill our drinks.

We haven't been to White Spot for a couple of years and were happy to see all the wonderful 'new to us' menu items. Our brunch was delicious and our server was attentive, but not overly so. We'll visit sooner rather than later!

Always enjoy this white spot! Nice variety menu and quick service. Big comfy booths! (Ask for a bigger table if they put you in a small it's way better) A lot of great memories and no one ive brought has been disappointed. I recommend the zoo sticks and poutine. We got the fish and sticks and beef dip which were also great.

The location is very efficient and their serving is really generous and great tasting compared to other locations that our family have been to. It was very impressive overall. We were too hungry to take photos of the food.

I ordered the Chicken, broccoli and cheese with the spot salad. My mother ordered the shrimp sandwich. The restaurant proper was very clean with dim mood lighting. The servers are polite, patient and courteous. The food was hot and superbly prepared. Definitely a great place to enjoy a meal. 4.75 stars

Quinn was an absolute awesome server! He was super accommodating to all of our needs and he sat there and chatted with us about the service industry as we all worked in it. I order a club house with a macaroni on the side and absolutely loved. A manager stopped by and checked on the meal during our visit as well. Great service, amazing food!

I returned this morning to white spot on South Fraser Way to see if my concerns have been alleviated. Sadly even with a $25 gift card from the manager of the restaurant and response to my last review, my concerns have not been addressed. I ordered with my guest the BC breakfast over easy with shredded hash browns. When my breakfast arrived it came with a small bowl of fruit with mostly apples but a couple of grapes as well. I was not offered a smaller glass of juice but I was charged for a large glass of orange juice which ended up being too much and the sediment on the bottom of the glass made me gag. As I ate my sandwich I found a hair and as you can see from my other posts I just got a haircut yesterday this was long and white. They quickly removed it from the table and made me a new one which was nice but with that said there was no discount offered or given for the disgusting addition to my breakfast which I found very hard to eat and did not finish. Sadly White Spot has lost my business I don't think I will try it ever again.
