I went to this store like every year to buy some safety boots, since there was no size I was looking for, I asked them if I could order them online, they said yes, they ordered them when I got to pay at the checkout, they waited for me to pay and then it was They gave me a gift card because if the order was canceled they would return the money to the gift card because I had paid with a debit card. My question was, how is it possible that if I pay with a debit card in case the order is canceled, they'll refund my money on a gift card? So in my case I only buy the safety boots, I lose my money because if they don't have the boots, what else am I going to buy if only the boots catch my attention? And I told the manager that how is it possible that they do not give the correct information before the clients pay because they hide the information under the business law, all businesses are obliged to give the correct information to their clients and in the store there was no no sign saying that? Ah, but if the manager was very upset because she didn't like the way she asked for the information, then why aren't they clear? Straight and correct with clients, it will not take even 1 minute explaining to the client. If I had known about the gift card, I would have paid with my credit card. I feel so sad they are obligated the customer to buy there if the orders got canceled? At least they can train the employees better so bad customer service worse becareful went bought it a debit card it was the first time this happened to me.

Always find what I'm looking for at this store. Staff are fantastic!

Mark’s warehouses on both Ottawa and Fairway Rd Kitchener are both great stores to shop. If one store doesn’t carry an item you are looking for, chances are the other one might have it.My personal experience from a customer perspective side has been nothing but good. They would often search the other stores for items I am looking for or offer to assist with online purchases if necessary.The stores carry good quality clothing particularly work/leisure wear.Great deals are to be had if you sign up for the newsletter and survey.

Store Manager is rude and u professional. Ordered pants though my works spending account and has taken 4 weeks which is is understandable but when I called two days prior and asked the employee when would I receive a call back she said I would right away it was 3 days so I called this morning the manager was purely rude to me stated that she emailed me on March 22nd she never emailed me I checked. Very unprofessional , rude I will never shop at marks again ever. 300 dollars worth of pants and they treat you like that ? I hope the higher ups of marks see this so I can explain further to them this manager should be spoken. I felt like I was aruging with a child.

Their online ordering system seems to be on the fritz lately. During COVID I ordered many items for ship to store and they arrived in a timely manner and I received updates on the shipping status. My most recent orders have not had any email updates on the shipping status. I received a phone call from the store indicating my order had arrived.

Went to buy running shoes first thing at 9 A M. Store opened on time. Excellent salesperson handled my questions promptly. Great service which is the norm whenever I stop here.

Clean, great customer service. Ordered a pair of boots, one had a smudge...just returned and reordered...love and people love my boots.

I wasn't happy about much here today! There were not enough employees and while asking about additional stock, the employee didn't speak English well enough to understand!! I am continually disappointed with Mark's and only stopped into this location because I was at another store in the same plaza.I bought work boots at Work Authority.....they had tons of stock and the employees were able to communicate with me properly!
