Rob T at the club repair section is by far the best in Ontario. His attention to detail, the ability to understand his customer’s needs and his consistent high level of service makes this location worth driving to. The best of the best.

Awful experience at this location.you guys should train your employees properly as some have zero work ethics .Also no one should be laughed at because of their appearance ,and that’s happened last week when I was dealing with Maddie in shoes section , I wanted to speak to a manager about this but I was told the manager is not in todayAnd so I DO NOT recommend golftown to anyone

Great customer service! My son's set turned out to be missing one driver cover - emailed the store and got it on my porch within 48 hours. Amazing! These guys made Santa proud!

Last week I went to Golf Town to purchase some golf attire and I must say, the customer service was outstanding. I had difficulty finding sizes for clothing but Maddie made my experience easy and fast. I would definitely recommend working with her to help any golfing needs and would definitely go back soon!

This place has gone down the toilet since their new renovation. Wasn't allowed to test the wedge I bought because I might break their camera set-up. Maybe fix the set-up so customers can test products? Really disappointing that you're not able to test wedges. I guess I'll use it and return if I don't like it. Buh, we'll see.

My experience at this golf town was horrible. The employees were not of help and more there to just be flat out rude. Did not help me and we were very polite an respectful and just tried to keep getting on my nerve I would recommend going to a different golf town if you have the option.

14/10 Experience. If you're going to go, do yourself a favour and call ahead to make sure Rob Taylor is working. This guy knows everything there is to know about golf. He spent hours with me discussing all the nuances of certain clubs, balls, you name it. He spent a full afternoon in the simulator with me, and took the time to help me understand all the data the sim was spitting back to ensure I went with the right clubs. He's a great communicator and just rare find of a human being these days. Thanos is also a stand up guy, and honestly all the golf town staff as well. But seriously ask for Rob, your game will suffer if you don't!

Beautiful place after the renovation, the general manager Chris is a sweetheart who takes care of his clients nd staff like fabrizio nd Miivan are the reason why I’ve spent $20000+ at this location, my friends nd family all together have spent over $50000 here nd have been coming here for over 10 years.Now today I went to golf town with 2 friends so that both of them could buy brand new iron sets as they have outgrown their previous iron sets both looking to spend their fair share, we started off with Miivan who was perfect, he let my friend try multiple clubs nd really let him pick the perfect club which ended up being the TaylorMade P790, near the end of the testing the manager on duty Danny told Miivan that he should wrap us up as we are wasting time even though the store was dead nd they had 3 other simulators. Now personally I’m a general manager of a service based store nd I can tell you one thing, when someone is purchasing anything you make them feel like they are at home, from a headcover to a set of clubs you take care of them. Overall I would have l loved to give this place 5 stars but unfortunately Danny did not warrant this nd really soured the experience.Update: So after going back I’ve heard that Danny is not employed anymore at golf town nd all the new staff look like they actually care about their job nd providing customer service, kudos to the managers for making the right decisions, this has definitely earned the 2 star review to move up to 4 stars. Keep up the good work
