Beckford's Service Centre Ltd

My girl has been here twice for repairs and have gotten charged close to $1500 both times. They take advantage of women, take your business somewhere else. Yes they did ok work, but don’t overcharge people. Two completely different repairs with the same price tag, horrible.

Beckford's has always been great in the last 2 years we have gone there. Family run, and always honest - telling me more about what's not wrong than the opposite. Even in times when their work hasn't done the job, they've fixed it without charge (i.e. a replaced brake caliper failed and they changed it under warranty). Great team and trustworthy.

I have been taking my family vehicles here for quite a few years and highly recommend them. Brian is honestly so great, he has gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Love these guys. Their service is great, they always find a way to squeeze me in when I'm in a pinch and they get the job done right. They are VERY honest, reliable and accommodating. I trust their judgement and opinion, espeially when it comes to ensuring the safety of my vehicle.

I love this place. I have found that they are very honest and do quality work. I have to disagree with the comments that they are unfair to women, because I am a woman and they have never overcharged me, or told me that something needed to be fixed, when it didn't. I highly recommend Beckford's and I refer everyone I know to go here as well.

Brian and his team did an excellent job dealing with a concerning dashboard indicator on our van. Beckford Auto has maintained our vehicles for many years and I highly recommend them.

Was referred to use Beckford so gave it a try. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but it was bad. They told me I needed bearings replaced for almost $800, which I had asked if that was for both sides and they confirmed on the phone - both. Then when I got the car back, I found out it was for one side only. Totally ripped me off. The DEALERSHIP charges 450 for the same job. Also, they said they fixed a heat shield rattle for free, which was nice but I didn't get 50 meters from the lot before it was rattling again. Do they even do a test drive to make sure the car is OK? When I called to ask why it was so expensive, they refunded about 15%. So in total I still paid about 25% over dealership cost for non OEM parts. Amazing.

I have always been treated well, prices are fair and reasonable. My Mazda dealership said I needed new brakes ($800) and I took my car over for a second opinion and Brian (the owner) said I could safely wait 6 months. He even drove my husband's car home after service one time when he was out of town. Best in class service!

Even after moving out of Whitby I still will only ever trust these guys with my car. A++ service every time, very reasonable prices and exceptional customer service. Great work and always in a timely manner. The guys here are pretty upfront but also very polite.

Brian and his team are very professional, friendly, honest, and trustworthy! Me and my family have used them for years and have always been impressed with their service. Highly recommended Beckford's!
