Great meat, fresh vegetables, and friendly staff, plus a huge variety of products

Bad service due to communication and language issues. They told me they did not have any more prime ribs but a few minutes later showed a large piece to another lady who spoke to them in portugese. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated because it seemed like they did not know what I was looking for or cared because I only spoke to them in English. I even showed them pictures of what I was looking for but they said they only had the one piece but in reality had more. Shame because they’re a local butcher but I will not be going back again due to terrible service.

Just fantastic. Even though I was clearly not able to make out the signs properly (my own issue), the woman who served me was patient, attentive, and very helpfull. The service, prices and overall professionalism of the place was amazing.In the interest of leaving some constructive criticism though (since it is a 5 star review, I really can’t complain) what I was shopping for was organ meats and odd animal parts not normally used in most cooking. I use it for raw dog food. Now as a niche customer I definitely felt like my needs were met in the store considering what I was looking for, but I require variety. And apparently the stores stock doesn’t change, which means I would have to switch butchers some point just to branch out for my variety. But again, I’m an odd example, overall this place is wonderful and I would check it out).
