We had Pristine Property re-sod our backyard as well as a neighbours backyard.We cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and the jobs that they completed. The entire crew worked diligently to get the jobs done.When the jobs were finished they cleaned the area as well as the street and left everything perfectly clean.We have also referred them to other neighbours on our street that oversaw the jobs being completed.Thank you Pristine Property!Our dog even approves the new lawn.

Here is an objective account of PPM's maintenance of our neighborhood.Tues Jan 29- large snowstorm hits Toronto- no removal overnight- first picture below (daylight) was taken around 10am --> no removal yet- PPM truck arrives and clears 30-40% of the required area...leaves after 15-20mins- calls/texts/emails sent to notify company...many promises made but no removal yet- second picture below (night time) was taken around 7pm --> no removal yet- more calls made to notify company...more promises made but no removal yetWed Jan 20- actual removal occurs sometime around 2-3am on Wed Jan 20- neighborhood wakes up to find curb-to-curb removal has NOT been done...leaving 2-3 feet of snow piles on either side of the laneway- more emails made to notify company- complete snow removal occurs sometime in the afternoonIn summary, it took about 36 hours (since end of snowfall) for full snow removal and multiple calls/texts/emails. My 1-star rating of their service is self explanatory.

I called them for help with replacing the sod in in my backyard.The service and communications was excellent from start to finish.- Prompt replies to inquirers- Accurate estimates regarding the schedule for completion- Job was started and competed in one day- Excellent quality workmanshipA special thanks to Harry and the whole crew for an great job professionally done.

Richard Eaton was the first person to provide a reasonable and acceptable solution to our overgrown backyard. All others simply wanted to cut down most of the trees and hedges and start again. Richard made great suggestions and we are soooooo happy with the result. Jeff, Adam, Conner and Jeanette were here for 3 days and Richard dropped by each day to check the progress. All of the workers were fantastic! They worked hard and very respectful. Can't wait for the re seeded lawn to grow to enjoy the final result - a green, private and cozy oasis. Thank you Pristine Properties for a job very well done from beginning to end.

PPM worked on my backyard to establish two garden beds (1 on the side and 1 at the back perimeter) with perennials, a fresh load of mulch and a pruning of my Japanese Maple at the front. The team was easy to work with and was done the same day.

We had our fence recently done by Pristine, and they did a fantastic job. Our fence is solid and looks incredible; the style and finish exceeded what we envisioned. They also had to remove huge hedges that surrounded the entire perimeter of our backyard. The crew was very clean and extremely pleasant. During the process, if we had any questions, they were more than willing to clarify and provide a detailed answer. We would highly recommend Pristine for your fence or outdoor project! In the summer these guys are great. Grass is well kept and they clean up really well. When winter rolls around unfortunately you’re SOL because they think salt will remove 3” of snow. I’m writing this as I watch their truck drive down the street blade up but still salting. They never cleaned up after the first bad storm of the year and we’ve lost visitor parking spots because that’s where snow has been left since.

My experience with PPM (Jon and crew) has been great, did landscaping, regrading and new sod in entire backyard. Looks great and we enjoyed using our new space all summer. Crews are polite and efficient and even came by in the weeks after to check on the new sods progress ; they even replaced a few small areas that didn't catch well without being asked! Very Impressed and appreciative. Will be reaching out to them to arrange snow removal service this coming winter.

As owners of Doe Lake Campground Rizzort, we contracted PPM to maintain our resort through all the seasons. They showed up with brand new equipment to minimize “down time” and have exceeded our expectations!
