Went in today Thursday 22 June at 230 pm. Upon entering, employee was off speaking with another person (not sure if another employee or customer) and for ten minutes did not even acknowledge me. I understand when staff get busy, but I looked towards them while they continued their conversation but got nothing back. I was wanting to purchase a helmet and jacket, now that money is going to one of your competitors.

Had an awkward experience with the guy on the phone today. I am a new snowmobile owner and was looking for a simple belt. He said they don't stock those....silence....hello? I had to ask if they could order it. His tone was like i was an inconvenience to his day. Sorry but bad first experience. Found the belt on Amazon gor 10 dollars less. I hope the owner sees this. Whoever answered the phone today at around 1:50 pm should be replaced. He is scaring away your new customers.

I ordered something in and had to deal with a snarky guy, arrived in the store and had to deal with the same snarky guy. This guy should not be near customers. I will never go back there again and I would recommend to anyone else to buy your power sports supplies else where.
