Very nice place! It was a pleasure to spend some time there with my daughter and paint ceramics

I enjoyed doing this with my kid. The prices were high. And they charge for the time you’re in the shop painting, which would be ok, but I was sitting there a lot waiting for the staff to bring me paint and trying to flag them down. Overall I enjoyed my time with my kid. It was our first time doing this.

Amazing environment, they have a great range of choice for the items you paint, in terms of both price and diversity. Very good for both family's, friends or solo adult's. The rep's will help you through the entire process, and they are all bilingual.

We were an adult party of 4 looking for a short activity while it rained.It was busy (on the long weekend) and cannot fault that the single worker was over-burdened ensuring that seats were first assigned to those who first entered. We ended up with a decent table, albeit smallish, but had to watch like a hawk.There are no hidden fees. You pay for the sculpture and also a fee per hour per person to ensure that people do not sit for 6 hours when people are waiting. This is logical, why is it even a surprise to most people?The worker, although swamped, was still kind and courteous (cannot say the same of some of the families that walked in). She set us up properly and I heard -- repeatedly -- about the suggestion of 3 coats of paint. Yes it takes longer but you get a better end product (if you care).The item was available promptly the next morning, wrapped securely, and we were on our way.Perhaps the staff has switched recently but we had a great experience overall. A suggestion to the owner would be to plan for high-traffic times (mornings during weekend it seems) and staff accordingly.

Horrible beyond horrible service. We came to have a beautiful activity with our kids but unfortunately the man told us we were too late to do the activity. The lady earlier had told us they stopped accepting people at 6:30pm, unfortunately we arrived at 6:40pm because both kids were running late. (If you have kids you know how that can always happen) Apparently running 10mins late even though the location closes at 8pm means you can't paint at all. I would not recommend spending your money here especially if you have kids and might be running late. No compassion or empathy from owners

Studio Creatif offers a great environment to let your creative juices flow! The staff are very helpful but also give you lots of space to create.Most studios don't have an hourly fee, however, when you're in Mont Tremblant & on the mountain, it's expected that things cost a bit more than other places.You pay for your piece and then pay an hourly rate as well.They have very quick turnover for getting your pieces back to you (next day!), which is pretty much unheard of at other studios (unless you want to pay a fee to expedite your piece being fired in the kiln).

100% recommend it! Went on a rainy day and it was pretty very chill and relaxing. Lots of items to choose from to paint and the workers were super nice and friendly. I want to go back in the future :)

It is a really amazing place to go. Enjoy having a creative time with so many choices of pottery to choose from. The owner was so kind and had an amazing talk the whole time painting with my family. Great to bring kids.

Nice place, fun activity and great selection of pieces to paint on however their staff are not accommodating and very rude. I thought it was an isolated case until I read some of the other google reviews. They pretty much echo my experience. I guess they’re lucky there aren’t many other activities for children in the village otherwise I’m not so sure they would have stayed open for this long.

I went with my two sons (10&13) and my wife. They were all very keen. Me, not so much. I am not artistic figured I would just pass the time. To my surprise, a simple Christmas ornament caught my eye and I spent the next two hours very very engrossed. We all had a blast. We all enjoyed watching each other progress. And we each were thrilled the next morning when we saw our finished creations. We'll definitely be reminded of a great trip and a great evening everytime we look at our ornaments and piggy banks.
