Came 1 hour before closing and they seemed already in closing mode. Have ordered 2 hot matcha lattes and cookie for my kid. We went to sit outdoor. 1 latte was warm and another lukewarm, pieces of not blended matcha was swimming in the drink. Apparently they were so much in rush for closing that didn't bother to blend it properly. 5 minutes after we sat one of employees came and said we need to move from the patio, as they are closing in 1 hour. We had to collect all our stuff and move inside where we didn't feel really comfortable as it felt that they cannot wait for us to leave.

Nice indoor and outdoor seating areas.Staff is very professional and friendly.Makes a perfect beverage that I asked for. Will go acknowledge to this Starbucks!

Their were many coffee choices , we were glad to try different options, even kids loved it. I would highly recommend visiting the place, but keep in mind it’s not cheap. Family for 2 should expect $50 or more.

We frequently have starbuck refreshers when we pass by 3 to 5 times a week. We would prefer bubble teas, but there no good bubble tea in Kelowna like Coco or Gongcha in other big cities

Ignored me when I said I have my partner card to scan for a discount, never got discount and never got the money she “returned”, this has happened twice. Please listen when the customers are talking.

My family and I love to buy coffee at this location. The staffs are friendly and the place is very nice/clean. However, I want to recommend you about my favourite drinks( Ice green tea late). Please make sure staffs know how to make it well. Sometimes it made me disappointed but sometimes they made it perfect. I just say only some staffs doesn’t know how to make it not everyone. I have observed many branches how to make it well and this is my recommendation: put Macha power in shaking cup with very very small water(not too much) and mix with ice water then shaking it then pour it in the cup. Or I saw someone they just mix Macha power with only ice and shaking it.. I hope this is help you guys to make more decisions my favourite drinks.

My first time visiting this location. I am actually not a Starbucks regular at all.. and I don't know what the sizes mean and ingredients for certain specialty drinks.I asked a few very simple questions, and the batista came off as impatient. Her attitude toward me was brash and I probably won't be returning. I felt like I was wasting her time by asking anything at all.The cashier was nice. Batista making the drinks was the one who had a bad attitude.

This is what you get when you order a venti caramel macchiato from the starbucks in spall plaza. The drink felt light when i picked it up, then when i took the lid off this is what i find. The drinks are horribly over-priced as it is, but to only get 3/4 of the cup filled. What an awful experience. For those of you paying attention, the liquid is a 2 inches down from the rim of this cup.
