Fine hostel, clean and with a nice view/garden. Not a real hostel anymore. More older people, with their own room. No real hostel vibe. Still probably the best budget choice in Ucluelet.

I've had very few hostel experiences, & this was one of the best! The place was clean, very well maintained, & the site manager Andy couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend staying here if spots in Tofino are a little out of your budget range.

Beautiful clean and well maintained hostel. The property has been lovingly taken care of. Within the property you can explore the many nets, hammocks and swings. Meals can be enjoyed on the new back deck with a beautiful view of the bay. Camp fires in the evenings to end your day. A short walk to the Wild Pacific Trail. Definitely one of the nicest hostels I’ve seen the world over. Andy, the hostel manager, is an amazing host, willing to aid with any help you may need. Thanks for the hospitality, Andy :)

Very comfortable backbackers with great facilities, right on the inlet. It was a little bit noisy, but we loved our stay here. The private room was comfy and had a beautiful view into the wood. The common areas have been designed thoughtfully and the kitchen is huge with plenty of space to store food and to cook.It's a little far out of town - if only there were a shuttle bus or bicycles to use! It's only 20 mins, but after a long day's hike it feels far. However it is very close to an entrance to the Pacific Trail, which was great.

This is my favorite hostel, ever. This place is cozy, welcome, and fully outfitted. Andy is kind and peaceful, and you will be sure to have a memorable stay. Great location, beautiful house. Please stay here and give Andy as many compliments as come to your mind.

We had an absolute blast at the hostel. We had a private room with a private bathroom and we actually had the whole hostel to ourselves for the weekend! The location is fantastic with a lot of outdoor amenities. The rooms, bathrooms and common area were clean and well-equiped. Great price/value ratio. The manager, Andy, was fantastic as well and all communication was smooth. We can only recommend this place!

I enjoyed staying at this hostel, the manager is so friendly. The hostel it self is alright but clean. Quiet time is 9pm which is early and they close down the main level, but you can go outside at the fire pit or down stairs in the kitchen/ lounge area. The room is kinda tight but the beds are comfortable. A nice spot to stay the night.

Yes it's a hostel so you have dorm, but it's one of the cleanest, quiestest, and well arrange/furnish one. If you don't mind sharing your room for a bit and want to explore the are (do), it's really one of the good place. A special thank you to Andy, the manager who was warm and welcoming and always full of advice. This hostel has regular who are all very friendly and maybe Andy will light a fire and invite you to join for a drink or a chat. the location is really convenient, Wild coast trail is 15min away by walking such as the nice places in Ucluelet.

A basic, functional purpose-built hostel that gets the job done, with a great manager. I believe his name was Andy? Anyhow he was friendly and helpful. The hostel has great potential, with a good layout, amenities etc. It feels like they put a lot into designing it then ran out of money for the finishing, using cheap materials and basic everything. Stark white walls, the worst blanket I've ever seen etc. With some work it could be amazing, it just lacks soul. The spot is nice, walkable to most of town but still hidden in the trees. Price was reasonable. I would stay again.

This is such a great location. This feels like a resort, to be honest. The gardens, the private beach, evenin bon fires...you can't do this at a hotel, folks. Andy is a fabulous host as well and makes the stay even more enjoyable. This is the place to stay.
