We got the man Thomas as supervisor of our Roof Installation process, very down to the earth and extremely helpful guy. if you need roof installation and live in Durham region get in touch with him. His team doesn't need extra caffeine to finish your work nicely as it's already in their blood. Thomas took care as like he was doing roofing for his own house. Great service from his entire team. And I m really grateful to the entire team for their extra ordinary hard work. Thanks.

Hired them to do both my roof and metal work with gutters and suffets etc. They showed up and did the roof when they said they would and we’re supposed to come the following week to finish the metal work (when the part came in).They never showed up, I’ve contacted them over 20 times with no response to texts, calls. I finally got a hold of them over a private number which they answered with no problem. Gave me some bs about coming still. They never did.What’s even worst is that they damaged my gutters even more when they did the roof, now they flood and send so much water onto my deck and porch it starts to flood. This wouldn’t have been a problem if they actually came and replaced the gutter like they were supposed to the following week. Now over a month later I’m stuck with a roof with no receipt and no warranty certificate. No response to calls. Kelly lies thru her teeth like it’s her day job.10/10 would never recommend. Save yourself the headache and use another service

Evolution Roofing is an excellent Roofing Company!Very Professioanal, Punctual and ResponsibleExcellent Service in a timely manner.They repaired my leaky roof and replaced the shingles in one day and at a very reasonable price and with 10 years warranty.Workers are very respectful and cautious.Keep up the good work! :)I would recommend them to everybody

Howard and his crew came in and half way through the job their equipment broke down. Once fixed it was quite late once they were done. I was not confident that they would come next day for clean up and long behold! they showed up and cleaned the place. Also there was a small patch on the pump room roof that was not in the agreement. They came back the next day and finished that as well with no additional cost. Kelley was very responsive. Howard and his team were exceptional and hardworking. Great job guys!

Fraud !!! Scam !! Stay away !!!Firstly , this company too 10% of the money for job to do in 2 weeks . Never showed up on the day or called or answered calls or responded to the text messages .They have no address or more information you can find and sue them .Then they call after 2 months giving excuses they were out of country and can do job tomorrow when snow was all over . They did the job and looks like poor job as i see shingles rising compared to other .Seems like used bad or fake Timberline shingles . Later , I asked them to put additional vent above the room of the garage but these people put vent above garage only .So unprofessional and bad fake reviews to show they are good .

Emailed for a quote on a Saturday and had a call back and visit the same day. It was just a small job, reshingling my detached garage, but the quote was good so we made arrangements. Thomas was easy to deal with. After the initial date was cancelled due to possible showers, an alternate date was set. I guess there was a bit of luck with the roofer’s schedule because they fit my job in ahead of the rescheduled date. The roofing crew arrived a bit before scheduled on a Tuesday morning. They got to work right away and seemed to be finished in just over 1.5 hours - removing two layers of old shingles and installing the new roof. They did a good job cleaning up debris that fell to the ground, got paid and left. All done professionally and friendly.When time comes to reroof the house, these guys will be the first I call!

The good:Decent job. They arrived on time and on the agreed upon day with the agreed upon materials, mostly.The team was fast and efficient. 10-12 workers onsite. They took little to no breaks and worked into the evening.The bad:Absolutely terrible communication. Texts after 10pm telling me they had to reschedule and was like pulling teeth to get a new date agreed on. Rarely answers the phone and voice-mail is routinely full. Just really annoying.I saw a few pallets of lower grade shingles in the truck and never could tell if those specific ones made it on my roof. Same color, same manufacturer but different grade. I'm convinced there is a mix in my roof.Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Window flashing was damaged during install and not replaced. Gutters improperly leveled and water overflows every time it rains. I told the foreman twice that I was concerned about this particular area during instal and he assured me that all was fine. It was not. Useless.I was able to reach them once to arrange rework but appointment after appointment was canceled. Eventually, no replies on the phone or text at all. I was really disappointed and left with these flaws on my new roof.Our neighbor used this company and they came highly recommended. But I would never use them again.

After calling a few roofing companies to re-shingle my roof that should have been done years ago, they were the only ones that came when they said they would. Thomas had some great suggestions about venting, and came prepared with samples and a great presentation. They came to do the work 2 weeks later as promised. They were very careful when removing the 2 layers of old dried up shingles, and the yard was cleaner when they left than when they came.Great communication and service. Job was also finished the same day.I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service. Great value and great service.

Fraud company, never call these people for roofing. Kelly is the one who came to gave us the estimate. She promised many things like below1. Good job--- but they did poor job2. Receipt---- which they never gave after the job done2. Warranty certificate--- which they never gave after the job done.3. 50 years of warranty for Shingles, but they put 25 years life shingles but i am still waiting for warranty certificate.She asked to pick the product sample but the day of roofing they bring something cheaper. They were hiding the bad plywood under the underlayment to get the job done in one day. When i asked them what is going on, they said ask the supervisor. Nobody speaks English. they will show you some something and will do something else. Very unprofessional, its been a month calling them every day 5 times but no response from them. please suggest me something.
