Alberta Precision Laboratories

Since the lab was sold it's so bad here I waited 3.5 hours with a line hold appointment. Alberta Health better get on this private for profit lab!!!! Ps look when decent reviews were left that's when Calgary Labs were in charge Percision has been there less than a year now.

Worst service ever. The staff are trying to do their best, and they are nice, but I was 1 hour and a half waiting there to get a blood test, and at the end I told the front desk girl that I was waiting for too long, didn’t even had a heads up at the beginning when I got there and that I needed to go because I never planned to be 2 hours in a place for a blood test. The answer was: “ok, here is your blood order.. bye” not even a sorry or a quick explanation. Monopoly lacking care for patients.

waiting almost 4 hours for blood draw, slow lazy, horrible service, getting the staff at mc donal store to do it probably much more efficient, i wish i never walked in here again

The staff don't care a bit about people's time. Every hour, I was told the wait would be another hour. Olivia Pat was the worst. Awful customer service. Very rude. Had no sympathy. Your time is a joke to her. Left to grab a bite after Olivia assured me once I came back I'd be taken care of right away. When I got back, I was told they had looked for me and now there were multiple people ahead of me. Seems they enjoy messing around with you when they see you're agitated due to their inaccurate estimates, lack of sympathy, and unprofessional treatment. Left after two hours of wasting my time without getting the testes done.

Appointment times are not respected here.I am a working professional, booked the time a month in a advance and I had to skip work because they simply put everyone in a line

They make you wait an hour even with appointment. What’s the point of booking an appointment???Nurses are just busy gossiping and running around confusedDONOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Asked if I was ok to get coffee as the wait was an hour was told it was ok. Waited in the hallway as they directed because at the time the waiting room was full, sat down and played games. When they finally came to get me 2 hours had passed and they were closing. I had barely noticed. The waiting room was almost empty.When calling names they checked outside for other people. Perhaps they thought I was impatient and stormed off cause I wanted coffee or how I look.Please treat everyone the same, mistakes happen but atleast apologize. The nurse that treated me knew that I had waited a long time, so I'm sure they did call my name but didn't check the hallway they put me in.Please don't do this to anyone else that's patient and kind.

Big fan of this clinic- accept walk ins and usually in and out pretty quick

Should make it a rule to only accept people with an appointment!!!!!!Wait times are literally RIDICULOUS. Even with an appointment!!! Whole system needs to be rehauled!!!! Sitting here at 12:20 meanwhile my appointment was for 1140. So angry right now.Also staff have no personality and are VERY rude!!! Especially the front staff
