Megan is always professional and does an excellent job on her pedicures and shellac manicures. Had one 4 weeks ago with special marble effects on two fingers and looked great on my Cuban holiday. Many great comments on it.

Meg provided me with an amazing BioSculpture manicure. Her attention to detail and professional friendly attitude was lovely. She was patient and made sure I was satisfied at every step in the process which I really appreciated. The space is clean and comfortable and, with 4 stations it’s quite intimate as well.

We had Spa Pedicures on Apr. 16 '22, and loved every minute it! We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Beautiful, relaxing, and very clean facility; deserving of all 5 stars and then some. Thank you Heather, Lory, and Megan; you'll be seeing us again for sure!

A group of us went to celebrate a co-workers birthday and had an amazing experience. First of all, the decor was up to date, comfortable and intimate. The staff treated us exceptionally well. I had a manicure and was pleased with the service. We were able to catch up with friends and enjoy our spa day. The staff balanced how much they interacted with us while we were getting our service done, so that we all felt catered too. By the end of it, my nails looked fabulous.If you are looking for a day to get pampered and experience good service for a great price, I would recommend checking out the Follicle! You won't be disappointed.

I bought my 85 year old mother a day of beauty for Christmas and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. She was tampered with a relaxing facial, and then we met together to have our pedicures and manicures done…. It was so relaxing! The ladies who looked after us were so pleasant and made our experience Lots of fun!Next stop for Mom was a lovely wash and blow dry….she looked so cute afterwards!The final treatment was a makeup session where she was made up and ready to head out and show off her beauty at supper!I highly recommend this day for anyone looking to be pampered!!!

It is a pleasure going to the Follicle, so welcoming, warm, professional and stress free. The salon is exceptionally clean. Katherine has been doing my manicure and pedicure for over a year now and she does an amazing job. Everyone is very accommodating with appointments. Great place to go to.

I went to The Follicle last week for a signature facial in preparation for my wedding this week. The communication pre-appointment was excellent and the staff made sure I was getting the treatment at the right time before my big day. The treatment was amazing, Lory was kind, welcoming and did an exceptional job sharing with me the treatments she was doing, while also keeping me relaxed. There's no other place in Burlington I'd go for a facial spa treatment. Highly recommend.

I received a spa package to the follicle for Christmas. I had an aromatherapy massage, a facial, and an exfoliating body treatment. I absolutely loved my services especially the exfoliation with Megan. My skin is glowing and feels refreshed- and soooo soft.
