Great experience working with Lacroix Home Inspection! I hired Denis twice and was pleased with the quality of his work. Both inspection reports were thorough, but easy to understand for someone with limited knowledge. Recently had the pleasure of working with LHI who exceeded all of my expectations. Not only was Denis incredibly thorough in his work, he was also an excellent communicator. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer all of my questions in detail, making sure I felt completely informed and confident in my understanding of the property. Received a comment from my contractor as well stating the inspection report was one of the best formats he's seen. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Lacroix Home Inspection
We had 4 electricians in our home none, knew we had GFI, ground fault interrupt on our automatic circuit breaker panel in the basement. Denis not only discovered this but reset it so all of our exterior outlets now function. We have had 2 chimney experts/sweeps in to check things, none mentioned the no brainer your chimney should have a cap on top to stop rain and snow from entering". We will now add a cap thanks to Mr. Lacroix

Denis did a great job, his review package was comprehensive yet simple and easy for us to go through, very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly just through text messaging, i unfortunately was unable to meet him but my partner said he was a very nice guy and did a great job. we would not hesitate to hire him again if/when necessary
