Multiple problems were either never addressed or not fixed properly the first time. The master bedroom sink went without hot water for months. The washing machine flooded the laundry room completely on a Friday, which we were then told to put towels down to deal with the problem but we were actually washing the towels at the time so we had nothing to soak up the water. Nothing about this was done until the following Monday when the improper repairman was sent, then we were told it was fixed by the proper repairman until one night later that same week it flooded once again. All in all it took over a week to get the machine running properly again but we never trusted it after that point.Snow maintenance does need improvement. Our cars were snowed in to the point the snow was higher than the front of the cars. The maintenance manager saved the day thankfully with the snowblower before we had to leave for work but since he has now left hopefully it will be addressed.Communication with the acting property managers after Susan and Gerry (who I will add were the best property managers that worked tirelessly to make sure everyone’s experience living there was great. However after they left towards the end of 2020 was when we began to have issues. A key issue that we had was that our lease ended on December 31st, 2020, however painters came on December 1st, 2020 thinking we were moving out at the end of November. They first attempted to get into our apartment while the door was locked and my roommate was home alone which is obviously a fright for her. To top it all off they returned to the apartment with keys given to them by someone and attempted to get in once again. However, this time my roommate answered the door and that’s how we found out they were sent to paint that day rather than in January after our lease was actually ending. The painters were super apologetic so I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication on their part or if they were called in earlier than they were supposed to be.To top it all off, when we were trying to organize when we were able to use the service elevator to move out of the building we were told we had 3 hours to move a whole apartment because we had used the elevator the previous month to get some non essential larger items out. I understand there would have been some time constraints but we were willing to work around when other people needed it.

Sharon does a wonderful job looking after our needs and concerns without question. She is always very pleasant and willing to help anyone and everyone in our building with any situation that may arise. Other buildings should be so lucky to have someone like Sharon working on their behalf.Geoff.

My parents live here and I can honestly say the apartments are spacious and bright. The common areas are lovely and very well kept. In addition to taking pride in their work the superintendants are kind, helpful and compassionate with the residence. Keep up the great work!

Very courteous, friendly people. Always corrects any problems quickly if it is within their realm. If service people are required they do up a order & have problem corrected ASAP. Building is kept up to a high standard. Glad they came to our building.

Great building and management! My Mom has lived here for a few years now and residents are friendly and building is very clean. Supers are on site and any issues are addressed immediately. This is a wonderful building for anyone but especially seniors as there are many living here and lots of fun activities for them in the social room during the day.

Sharon is incredibly approachable and friendly with the residents. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role to support the residents and keep the building and grounds clean and safe.

We have dealt mainly with Sharon and Kim. They have been friendly, very accommodating and responsive. We just moved into the building, and it has been a pleasant experience.

I have friends that live here. I just visited them tonight Oct the 12th 2022. I wish the rent was cheaper. Man would I move in here. Tons of room, nice and quiet, big lounge, Pool table and games room, controlled entrance, personal mail boxes. Built in washer and dryer right in your apt. This place has it all. I Spent four hours here never heard as much as a creak in the floor. Everything is new and well looked after. I have drove past here many times and never knew this place was like this. I know the supers here. Sharon is gorgeous and has the personality that I was everyone on this planet would have. Tom sure luck out finding here years ago. So caring. So down to earth. Tom is a great laid back man who likes conversation. Great couple. They found a gem when they moved in here. Great location. Come on lottery.

Staffs are very accommodating, friendly and works very hard to maintain the premises.Glad we moved in to the place.Thank you Sharon and Connie ... great job!

Sharon is amazing and always makes sure the building’s tenants have everything they need. She goes above and beyond with her role as a supervisor!
