Purolator - Shipping Warehouse (NO PUBLIC ACCESS)

Do not use this company! I am very upset. I purchased an item through Amazon, I was promised two day shipping (this is why I pay for Prime) as this item needed to be here by today. For over 3 years I have been shipping to my company (which I have been doing for over 3 years on a regular basis with every single online order I have ever made, which is hundreds at this point) and have always provided the same shipping information. I have never ever had a problem, until dealing with Puralator. We had 4 amazon deliveries today and none of them were mine. When I spoke with Puralator after lunch asking where my package is, the driver decided that by looking at my address (they did not come to my dealership or attempt delivery) my package was not considered deliverable because no company name is on it. They know it's a company, they did not make this assumption, did not come in and ask the receptionist if I worked here, no attempt to deliver my package. There are 200 people that work here, my receptionist's job is not to get a general package for a store and track down which of the 200 employees the package belongs too, which is why we leave the address and our name. I called puralator after lunch and they sent a message to the driver to actually show up to my store and deliver my package. They decided not to deliver it, and send it back to the warehouse. I called Puralator expressing my concerns, and they decided although this is their mistake and issue, I have to contact Amazon because Puralator is incapable of solving the issues they have created, and do not want to speak directly with the client. No effort was made to resolve the situation. Clearly a company with a 2.9 star google rating does not care about company service or satisfaction. Look elsewhere for delivery! I promise you, there are companies out there that care, unlike Puralator.

Well how do I begin. I had a package coming from Amazon which stated was out for delivery yesterday and all if a sudden it stated due to an external error delivery was delayed. Then this morning stated was out for delivery today. I was sitting on my front porch since 11 am and saw the Purolator truck drive right on by at noon...didn't slow down , didn't attempt to stop, kept right on going. Then the delivery status switched to attempted delivery but unsuccessful. I called Purolator and got three different stories...first was no access to driveway...we have alleyways in Winnipeg, everything is delivered to the front door, second excuse was no safe place to park..third was there was a funeral on the street...the church is two streets over. Was told it would be a possibility of 5 more days before delivery was attempted again so called Amazon. Guess what? My parcel was delivered this afternoon and handed to me quite roughly. Funny, not too long ago another Purolator truck showed and had a number of other deliveries on our street. I've lived in this area for 3 years and seems every time Purolator is the delivery agent, it's the same thing and we have to end up driving across the city to pick up a parcel that wasn't even attempted to be delivered.

Such a bad service.Even one star is too much for them . I paid for express service nd even ask them to hold my package because it’s my important documents. .when I call them they told me they are going to deliver my home because my request is not their system. They don’t have their drivers phone number or other things so someone in emergency can reach them .just sit home and wait for their super slow services that suppose to be expresse

I am really upset with your service. This is my 2nd time. I did not get my delivery and no one came at my building and no one used the buzzer code. They rescheduled my delivery. I don’t understand if they did not showed up then how they rescheduled.

Shipment was delayed, no updates provided. Just sat in their sorting facility. Had to have it rerouted to a pickup location. Added more delay to pick up my item. Paid an extra 20$ for expedited shipping. Avoid at all costs

Terrible Company. The fact that Amazon even does business with Purolator is baffling. I ordered a tv last week Wednesday with Amazon Prime 2-day delivery and today is Friday a week later and I still haven't received my package. This company is very lazy and doesn't care about their customers. Not one other delivery service has ever let me down. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Thank you for calling me to confirm my address as it is a bit tricky to find....many other couriers won't and i then have to travel into Winnipeg to get my package. So i appreciate the call and the Drivers are always pleasant

Small yard can be difficult back into the far west doors. They don't like deliveries before 9 am so they can get there delivery trucks out. Friendly staff. No public access.

Package said it would arrive for sure last Friday, of course it didn't. Then it said it would arrive Monday , of course it didn't. Monday night after scanning it into the sorting facility 3 times for whatever reason they finally say oh it's 70 pounds so we need to arrange special delivery . They said they would contact us to setup a special delivery time, of course they didn't. My wife phoned finally Tuesday morning after not getting the call they said they would give us. So they say we will phone you back in yet another 24-48 hours to setup delivery which will probably be several more days. I should have just went to the store and bought a desk. If you have a choice use any other delivery company. If you can get the item in the store just do it . Purolator will not get you your package when its promised by and they will make little to no effort to get you your stuff in a timely manner, avoid at all costs.

Purolator is the worst. We live out of the city and even with our civic address, they can't seem to find us. UPS can find us. FedEx can find us. Canada Post can find us. But no, not Purolator. Useless. We pay you to deliver to our door but apparently your drivers don't know how to deliver to our door. Now I have to drive 1.5 hours out of my way to pick up a package. Why are we paying you in the first place? You deserve zero stars.
