Intervention Pain Clinic Cambridge

I was referred here by my family doctor, i was verbally assaulted and harassed by Kelly (secretary) who is a employed by Dr. Imran Ibrahim. She verbally abused me for no reason. I am putting in a formal complaint with CPSO against Dr. Imran Ibrahim, which is the doctor here. He was notified about this incident but decided to turn a blind eye. He is responsible for making sure his staff is not aggressive and abusive. Harassment does not belong here. Most people that come here are in a lot of pain. My family doctor has been notified, he will no longer be using this clinic for referrals. We are suing Dr.Imran Ibrahim for harassment, violation of human rights and abuse. Stay away from this place!

I've been a patient at this clinic for almost a year.I find the staff here (reception, nursing and Doctor ) to be quite understanding and very empathetic. They all try to assist me with my pain and matters to the best of their abilities.I will highly recommend this clinic!

Just got back from my sixth treatment at this clinic. I must say that, after a lifetime of disillusionment with the medical establishment, it is refreshing to attend a such a well managed clinic. The receptionist is always extremely professional, kind and helpful. She truly seems to know and care about each patient on a personal level, which is so rare in the medical profession these days. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to be treated as a real person rather than just another number.

Worst doctor ever . All he wants to do is mask your pain. They don't care what the underlying problem. I went hoping and bagging for help to figure out where my pain is coming from . I left my appointment crying feeling hopeless and not worthy of help. Now I know why people like me kill them self cause it so hard to find doctors that actually cares. I suffer from PTSD and borderline with anxiety and depression and personality disorder which makes it so much harder to reach out for help. Then when we do reach out and get treated so badly and rude which in turn cause alot of hopelessness and more pain mentally and physically .

I have been going to international pain clinic for a while now and Kelly and Shelby are very friendly Dr's put you at ease I would highly recommend you to go there . Thank you for all your help and the needles do help with the pain.

They never answer or return phone calls. Online it’s says they are open on Fridays but they aren’t, they change the days they work and the hours they work all the time. My husband has chronic back pain and has been trying to get ahold of someone for over a month.

I suffer from chronic aggressive migraines, My doctor referred me here. One visit i came in, no one was at front, cause lady that works here, is always out smoking in the front, she is very unprofessional and rude. Dr.Imran Ibrahim is aware of her conduct. I witnessed her yell at a young gentleman who did nothing wrong. I won't be going back here. We are putting in a formal complaint to CPSO on his behalf. No one should be treated like he was here. Shame on this clinic!

I am so thankful for everyone at Intervention Pain Clinic for the care they give my husband. At one point, he was practically immobile. Couldn't go anywhere, do anything. The pain was excruciating. Dr. Muhammad is caring and gentle when administering the painkillers. The staff are equally lovely. They are a wonderful part of our lives. They have given my husband his life back.

I have tried for three months to get an appointment here. I have left countless voicemails and no one ever returns them. Since you need a referral it is not as easy to just go to a new place. I would highly recommend staying away from this location. They do not care about their patients.
